@@lisagardner4814 , absolutely. I'm a big fan of probiotics as gut health and skin health are closely related in terms of Chinese medicine. Just make sure that you purchase a good quality probiotic from a health store. If you have a good health store near you then go in and chat with one of the staff who will be able to give you the best product to suit your needs. Best wishes, Janice.

Excellent advice and video Janice,thank you :} Question - the face massage you showed - what if you had eczema on your arm or leg etc...would you do the same kind of massage? Thanks

Delighted you enjoyed it. I'm sure massage on the arm or leg would help but skin conditions are notoriously stubborn to treat to I'd definitely recommend seeking additional help from a Chinese medicine practitioner as acupuncture and Chinese herbs can help with this condition. Best wishes, Janice.

Hi Aaron, Any Qigong which can help to nourish and balance the health of the skin could be of help although I don't have specific experience of its effectiveness in the case of vitiligo. It is worth practising though, and also using exercises which help the Lung system (there are a few videos here on my channel) as lung and skin are closely connected in Chinese medicine terms. You are welcome to share of course. :-)

Thank you from heart...plz suggest which qigong will be beneficial for curing skin problems (face ..itching and drynes on cheeks)... n how often should I repeat..

Any Qigong exercises which benefit the Lung system will also benefit the skin. Have a look through my channel as there are a few videos for lungs. Repeat daily but you only need practice for 5-10 minutes. Also, remember you can integrate many Qigong methods into your daily activities, e.g. when walking, driving, in bed just before sleeping. :-)

Hi Nuala, If this is a persistent issue then it is worth consulting a dermatologist for help. In my experience, from a Chinese medicine point of view, this can often involve an imbalance in the Liver system so it would also be worth consulting an acupuncture/Chinese medicine practitioner who could help restore the balance.
