No. The dangerous thing here is taking the website associated with the qrcode for something legit. It has nothing to do with your phone being locked or not as the danger is to provide infos to the attacker's website.

bruh it so bad , email fishing is better , can make personalized mail with tchat GPT, a QR code it literally a random usb key found in the street, except that at least the usb key can inject a virus as soon as you put it in the computer , which is rather effective.
