Im sat here , 6 thousand miles from my family, i have just woken in a sweat , nightmares running through my head. Worried with the same worries of the world right now. Happens every night. I grab for my phone to talk to family separated by continents, and despair crumbles over me. Its too early , they all sleeping, i dont want to disturb them with my worries, too selfish. I spot a youtube notification.. its devin, and its this ambient warmth... its just reminded me i woke up , that means im alive, and somebody is in a hospital fighting for life. I reflect, give minute of my thoughts to those struggling, and ready myself for a new day of survival in our lockdown. Your music makes a difference.. please dont stop. Kind regards, A fan.

This project just proves, to me, that Devin is the big brother, uncle, cousin, best friend that everyone needs. Keep up the great work Devin, I know i'm not the only one that is helped immensely by everything you do. I haven't bought any music in a long time, just Spotify and stuff on youtube, but last week I bought Empath on Amazon, and when the Empath tour gets back on the road, i'll be buying a bunch of merch. You deserve the support more than anyone after all you do for us.

Depression has hit me hard, but this really helped. Thank you for raising my spirits. Thank you for all you do.

This music hits home for me. Just like everyone else is affected by the global pandemic at the moment. My life was forced to change drastically without me even being ready and there's nothing I can do about it. Devastated but this music, this sound, although it brings tears down my face, it is also very calming. It's like a warm hug from someone you really love when you need one. Thank you Devin.

I've only really known Devin's stuff for about a year now. I've experienced so much depression, anxiety, and other mental health issues, especially since the COVID shutdowns. Finding Devin and his music has brought me so much peace and comfort. His music speaks to my thoughts and emotions in ways I've never experienced with music. From the chaotic to the tranquil, it feels like he's someone who gets it and I feel less alone.
