“Quark casserole with fruits”
Ingredients:
Ingredients for 2 people
• 500 g low-fat quark
• 2 eggs
• 37g regular vanilla pudding powder
• 250 ml skimmed milk
• 1 tbsp cinnamon, the rest brings the sweetness from the fruits.
• 1 tbsp sugar, if necessary
• approx. 90 g berries - raspberries, blueberries and mango, or berries of your choice.
