After suffering a fractured talus bone injury in my right foot (I'm regular footed), my pop was gone,... thus ending my skateboarding career. Since I couldn't ollie more than a couple inches off the ground, all I can do is basic mini-ramp and slappy tricks. On a good day, I can do no-pop shuv-its. This ramp is the PERFECT RAMP for me. I don't have to pop very hard into anything I attempt and I love that I can put 4 together to make a mini-mini, which will give me back my grinds, stalls, etc. I'm 45 and will be able to skate like I was 10 back in 1990. The public parks are great, but you can't try any tricks safely, and at my age, that's really important. Something this small will help give me the comfort and confidence to ride again. Will be ordering when my income tax check comes in!

I tore my ACL in 2021 Healed all year 2021 and was able to get back on my board in 2022. Had no Pop. None till now 2024. I got it back by scaling up to the biggest set up I could find and the most Heaviest Parts. Skated a ''10 inch popsicle 169 Titanium Indy's, and Huge 75mm OJS.'' Now I scaled down my set up to a ''8.25 Inch Deck, 144' INDY Forged Hollows, 48mm Spitfires" I got my pop now. Something happened after like a year of skating a huge board, I learned to Pop it, its all about timing and foot placement and speed. I scaled down to that little board and now I can ollie like almost 2 feet high. for me that's huge gains. lol Just a thought for you! Scale up your set up as big as you can handle, than skate it for a year. than scale down.

Crazy idea #3042 : Angle iron coping on the back side, so you can use it as a regular ledge by turning it around.

Looks fun guys! Our local has a similarly sized "mini mini" and it's probably the most popular obstacle.

This is great for beginners and kids, I can put this on my mini ramp and my kids can build confidence dropping in and riding the opposite transition.

That's sick, dude... I'm planing on building an beginners obstacle for my 5yo mini me, that I can put in my trunk to drive to the local mall parking lot... Think I'm gonna add an angle iron on the corner to take it as a mini box... Thanx Corey and ya'll at keen!

This looks fun as hell. Don't know if you planned this into the design, but that looks like it be a dope extension for a steep bank

Exactly. For me this is the funnest type of skating. Like u said, u can put yourself into & think of cool combos that u normally wouldnt think of cause its so user friendly. Just like that allyloop fakie 5 0 u did. That was sick & u can take stuff like that even farther like to sugarcane etc. Super fun

This one is a great idea as my favorite obstacle at a diy is exactly this but with the cinder blocks like you were saying. So sick. Too Rad for mom & dad.

That looks like a lot of fun. A long time ago, I built a 6 foot wide quarter that was about 1,5 feet tall with a deep deck. Funnest ramp I ever built. This reminds me of that. It was such a good ramp to learn lip tricks.

This is slick. I have the perfect spot in my backyard to make one of these myself. I’d prob do a 6’ one. I just wish mild steel wasn’t so damn expensive. Depending, I got space to make 2 for a mini pipe

I am really wanting to get this transition ledge along with the slapstick and am about to pull the trigger. Does the lack of metal at the front like a QP has effect rolling in to it at all? is that an option? putting in a garage

2 of the 4ft sections across from each other to make a mini mini ramp
@Inexpressable

then if you recreated it for fingerboards it'd be a mini mini mini ramp.

6:16 I was JUST about to comment how you could add something on the back too so you have an extra ledge option Would definitely be a nice addition for beginners so you don't have to Ollie up and over the face of the ledge

Watched a few of your videos now and you guys talk a lot about pricing and costs in each one. I’d pull back on that a bit as it detracts from the content. Let’s see it built and skated. Would make for a far better demo/ad for each product you’re showcasing.

Super rad idea. Cant speak for everyone but in my experience 4 ft is too short to use as a ledge. My slap stick was too short to use when trying slappies. Cant imagine griding and using the transition unless its at least 6 feet wide

Its more like a really mellow Quarter pipe/Bank with coping…. For that price point it should definetly have coping on the backside of it so you can actually skate it as a ledge and not just as a mellow quarter/bank i definetly wouldn't consider this a ledge by any means

insane the people that work at a fuckin skate ramp industry have more work benefits and rights than i do as a chef. nuts
@fuckmyego
@fuckmyego 4 месяца назад
Why is that insane? You think that you're better than people who "work at a fuckin skate ramp" company? Are you better or more deserving or something? Don't put down the labor of others, they are obviously professionals too. Sounds like they were smart enough to find an employer that values their work, maybe you should do the same if you feel that you aren't being compensated fairly. Goodluck.

I actually APPRECIATE the fact that you went into over head costs etc cause I always think “I would love to order xyz but they charge way too much” but what you said makes sense and I am more apt to support now that I understand that it’s awesome product AND you take good care of your employees 🔥🤙🏼🛹
