I never like to re-do workouts, nor do I ever do better on re-do’s. Yet, I did this one around 3:10 and thought I could go sub 3 so I rested 15 minutes and did it again. This is my second time through at 2:57. I’m still working on going faster/pacing correctly on shorter events like these.
