Hello RU-vid: Here’s a way you can program simple, fun and effective partner workouts! This is something we do often and keeps training interesting while keeping the intensity HIGH. Also here’s the workout from this video I did with Nick Andre:
For time with a partner:
150 Calorie Echo Bike
100 Power Cleans 135/95#
50 ring Muscle Ups
*Rest 5-7 minutes
Max reps unbroken Muscle Ups

The guy on the far end has a lot of no reps on the cleans, the legs were still in the power position when he drops the bar.
