One of our participants, Eileen, has been isolated during lockdown. As a keen dancer, often seen strutting her stuff at our Good Vibrations sessions, and a member of the Moving Memories Choir, Eileen's smile often lights up a room. So, we've naturally missed her lovely face as much as she has missed our sessions.
In June 2020, we surprised Eileen and her husband John with a Doris Day medley, as her daughter Sharon mentioned this was one of her favourite artists.
Local musician Jon Sandilands donated his time and talent to come and serenade Eileen, and no amount of wind or rain was going to dampen the mood.
