Whoever designed the art for the game box deserves the highest praise. It immediately grabs the eye. Very reminiscent of an MTG set release with it's use of coloration and perspective, which makes it immediately unique and recognizable compared to most table top game boxes.
I love how he said now we can enjoy the ASMR of popping the pieces out and then the editing Team FAST forwarded through the the sound and didn't let the ASMR happen after the whole setup😂
I only wish the cards would fit in the box sleeved. I gotta go pick up a few spare deck boxes to fit everything now lol. Totally worth it though, love this game and I wanna keep it safe!
Stream more games!! The first one was so gooood. And I don't have enough friends to play IRL. Edit: I do have a question though. Why are some of the HP/Clout trackers a lighter colour than the others?
Might take a while to get some answers to this question. They had to have bought the game, played it, watched this video, and decided to go read the comments. Prolly gonna have to be patient on this one, at least for a few weeks. :D
I did get the game a little bit ago, have only been able to play it twice - but am only now realizing that there was a misprint with my Inner Circle Declaration cards :( - my Hephesta has 6 cards, one is an extra Rosaline, and my Boss No has 4 cards with no Rosaline. Don't know if there's any chance of getting another set sent out? Or maybe I can print out a little picture and paste it to the back of the extra Hephesta card... hmm.
Super excited to play my copy, the problem i have is i like to sleeve all my cards for all my games. It is really hard to get it all back in there with Sleeves. Wish we had a lil more room for them.
Putting this together almost ruined the whole game for me. Still may have. We’ll see. The glue is still drying. Even with two different modes of instructions (this video and the booklet) putting together even the gearbox was so confusing and so fragile that it broke twice. As something that was marketed as one of the selling points of this game, our “beautiful” clocktower is now held together with tape and glue. It was unclear as to which way pieces folded until it was too late, and the order of operations in terms of putting the gears on and then closing the gearbox together caused one of the thinner gears to separate from the clock hand. The rivets coming pre-assembled and then needing to pry them apart to put them back together again, was so unnecessary as to be nonsensical. Not everyone wants to put a model together to play a game. Please make this optional next time, or, don’t make a 3D element at all.
Typically it's because of all the lights. Kyle is probably more used to being behind the cameras (or off to one side, or wherever a producer lives) than in front of them!
