The Daily Mirror’s Royal Editor Russell Myers has joined Sky News host Danica De Giorgio to discuss King Charles and Queen Camilla’s agenda for their big 'Royal Week' in Scotland.
Prince William stepped out in Scotland with King Charles and Queen Camilla for the new installation of the Order of the Thistle.
The event on Wednesday was held at St. Giles’ Cathedral in Edinburgh with King Charles during the ceremony officially welcoming his wife Camilla and his brother Prince Edward into the Order of the Thistle.
The Order of the Thistle is the highest order of chivalry in Scotland.

ur wrong, The king is awarding nationals with great contributions to Scotland with the Highest honour of scotland....its not a celebration but a memorial service in St GIles with many Scots in attendance

Please educate yourself, drop the bias and STOP YELLING. The wife (aka Consort) of a reigning King is styled as HM The Queen and later HM Queen+Christian Name if/when they became a widow (aka Dowager). Very few Queens are Monarchs.

@honestea1828 I am.not yelling , I am being symbolic. Camilla was styled HM Queens Consort Camilla to establish the difference from HM Queen Elizabeth II Regent I was under the impression that Royal Styles hold Curial Authority . Is there a difference when addressing a Titular Title ?

Camilla is the Queen as she is the wife of the present King - it really is that simple - just like the wife of George VI , Elizabeth Bowes-Lyon, became Queen Elizabeth when her husband was crowned King - that's the way it always works.

The Queen ist a member of the Order of the Thistle since 2023. I am an ignorant member of a republic and recognized that Queen Camilla was in full regalia If the Order at Holyrood week Last year!! Does this mean , I' m qualified as royal expert!!! Perhaps, I can make a living Out of IT🤣🤣🤣🤣

@@missq3989 Because the job King Consort doesn’t exist in the English Monarchy. There’s only King regnant. So if Prince Phillip was called King he would outrank Queen Elizabeth II.
