It's interesting that when she was still alive, she got very harsh comments like how she is an eternal reptile , surviving on her people's misery etc. Now that she is gone, majority of the comments are positive and loving. Looks like its part of humanity to appreciate the departed and loath the living.

No offence mates but I wish she reign longer out of respect for her. Basically it could have been 2 ways: 1. After she and Prince Philip marry in 47, maybe her father could step down from his rule as he did rule threw WW2 so maybe he needs to retire. That would add 5 more years for her. 2. Her Queen Mother lived to 101. What if Elizabeth did and maybe pass it a little? I forgot the numbers on this, sorry. So in the end, she would have been the longest ruler of Europe and Top 3 in the whole world!
