That last part where Freddie looks down and that coy smile, its like he's holding back his tears. Then he looks straight at the camera and tells us the sincerest "I still love you" These are his last ever words on camera. Oh man, I'm not crying, you are?

This makes most teary eyed each time we watch it. His body failed but his voice never failed to the end. RIP Freddie. Thanks.

This just showed, not only what a superb performer he was, but a loving person he was as well. I love how Freddie just wore his heart on his sleeves and (in this case) his waistcoat. The last whisper of "I still love you" to his family, friends and fans is still an emotional bullseye! Though Freddie never had children of his own, he loved cats and was a truly devoted cat daddy. The pictures on his vest are several portraits of his beloved fur babies. Brian, John and Roger are doing all they can to keep a stiff upper lip. I can't imagine how much it must have ate at them inside to watch their friend and brother waste away. Even now their spiritual bond with Freddie is so strong not even death could break it. God bless Queen! You still have so much more Queen to check out.

thanks for this - I understand how painful it is to see such a strong and beautiful man seeming to waste away - but we have to remember that this is what Freddie wanted!! A part of him was "vain" - but in the end, he wanted to show himself - for where he was in his life -- to me, he will always be beautiful! Such strength and courage to continue writing and performing as long as he could! Let's celebrate that, please!

That vest is painted with his own cats. His voice is fantastic and he wanted to give all he had to music, the band and to the fans. I love you too, Freddie, forever and ever. It is hard to watch this because Freddie was in so much pain, but still he goes on because as he said "The Show Must Go On!" Imagine how hard this must have been for his band members to keep it together, but they did it for Freddie.

The last time he says " I still love you" always makes me cry too. I remember when he died but he only left the physical body. His spirit is still with us as is his amazing voice and talent. Thank you Ferddie.

I still remember that winter evening in 91, November 24th like it was today.... I was having dinner with my parents and watching the evening news, and the terrible news came along.... Freddie died.... i just couldn't believe it, i was in shock, had no clue he was even sick... I grew up with him and Queen all through the 80's, he was one of my biggest heroes... It was probably the very first time in my life i knew what it was like loosing someone dear... Roger wrote this about his kids growing up. At this time they were in there 40’s. Your a Queen fan you know what this song means now. You feel this like the rest of us. You getting into the sad part of Queen. But as a fan you need to complete the journey. Freddie made this his goodbye to his fans. I normally don’t watch this. Makes me so sad. This song and video still hit me hard every time. He was so brave. The others thought, oh, why he does this video - but on the other hand, why not? He wanted it, he wanted this kind of goodbye, and they were there for him. They didn't show how they suffered themselves from seeing him being so weakened.

The sense of continuance but loss, great joy but sadness, pain and yet release ... for me the conflict of such intensely opposite emotions is what gets me every time. 😢🎶🎤🌹 Someone else suggested “No one but you” which is a must do ... some say do it at the end of your exploration of Queen ... I didn’t .. you know he is not going to sing but why is it impossible to stop listening for him .... at the end of the song, I felt an overwhelming deafening silence that took some time before normal hearing was restored (similar to shock symptoms) The result (of that listen ... for me) was to highlight even more how his presence, voice and image changed music from good to exquisite, from entertaining to excitingly all consuming, from compelling to passionately intense. I won’t go on and on but I wish he had done. Some how the world was so much brighter with him in it.

Sorry my brother. I could have told you that you werent ready for this video yet. I know you know that he died of Aids but seeing him suffer from it is a different story. I cant even watch that video and I am a huge Queen fan. Freddie sounds so good here but just seeing him is too painful for me. His vocals are still great but when you hear him sing MOTHER LOVE now you can tell that he isnt doing good at all. Omg Freddy Mercury's last music video before his death 😔😪 This was his last goodbye to his fans. What an extraordinary man and the greatest ever Male vocalist ever. What a legend! He was actually in excruciating pain during the this music video and he fought through this video...the strength and perseverance he had to sing and do this is astonishing. This song is so beautiful and sad at the same time, you should check out Roger & Brian performing it at Tokyo in 2014, Roger sings most of it and you can see what perspective he really wrote it from but it fit with what was happening at the time more. Also you need to check out No One But You (Only The Good Die Young), Queen’s tribute to Freddie and the last time John performed with them, if this made you cry you’re gonna need actual tissues for that one!

You have one more tear jerking hurdle after this and that is the song Brian wrote for him after he died. "No One But You" The ending of this one hits me in the heart everytime when he looks at the camera and mouths to us, and it was to us his fans... "I still love you" it was his way of saying goodbye to us I believe.

It was heartbreaking seeing Freddie like this but all of the band members remained professional to the very end.

It hurts to see Freddie so sick. This Video is make on diferent parts, coz he can´t make it in one day. he need all of his last Power. The last part was good, but he want it make again. an the end he look in the camera and said " I still love you" That was his good bye for his fans.

I was 16 the first time I heard "Keep Yourself Alive"-- summer of '73 and have been a huge Queen fan ever since. I saw them live twice. I'd just turned 35 in 11/91 and was devastated when Freddie died. My best friend died in October of '92, then another in October '93 and another in August '94, all of AIDS. I helped care for the latter two and was with them when they died. Thank God now AIDS is no longer a death sentence-- it must be hard for young people to fully understand what a nightmare that era was for those of us who suffered loss after loss and to all the precious souls in the prime of their lives who didn't make it through. I truly hope you never have to see something like that for yourself. Brian May not long ago revealed that by this time Freddie had lost most of his right foot to Kaposi's sarcoma-- he was in a lot of pain and could barely walk, but he got to the studio, stood unassisted for the shoot, and gave us all this loving, heart wrenching goodbye. This was his last video, but not the last song he recorded. He literally sang until he didn't have the strength or the breath to do so anymore. He truly gave all of us his all, in a way I don't think I've ever quite seen anyone else do. He left it all on the stage, all in the studio, to the very last minute he could. Your reaction hit me hard, brought back these memories-- you've got a new subscriber. Your feelings are so genuine, so human, and a real testimony to Freddie's legacy. I know he'd be touched and honored if he could see your reaction to this song and to him as a legend and as a courageous mortal man facing certain death. All of humanity would be better off if we would all do the same, not choke back our tears when tears are exactly what are called for, as they are here. This made me cry too. Freddie meant and still means so much to the world. His talent and generous spirit will never die. This is one of a few songs that makes me cry. When your ready, you should watch Mother Love, it was his last recorded song and Brian had to finish the last verse of it because after recording most of the song Freddie had to go home and rest and he said he would come back to finish it but he never did so after he died, Brian finished it. It is a hard song to hear but I think it lends to the tenacity and love that Freddie had for life and music. He didn't stop making music until he literally couldn't go any further. The other song you need to hear when your ready, in your own time because there are plenty of Queen and Freddie Mercury songs you still haven't reacted to, is No one but You, Only the Good Die Young. It is a song that Queen wrote in tribute to Freddie after he died. It is the three of them in a recording studio singing it. You really have to react to it when you are ready for that. One other song is a song that Roger wrote and Sings on one of his solo albums called Old Friends. He wrote it as a heart felt tribute to his old friend.
