"I am a bit confused though" I dont think any other line perfectly sums up Headache as good as this
@ancientskies8408

The idea Josh had for I Think I Lost My Headache is, and we have all done this before but the way he looked at it was, growing up listening to music on a turn table right before bed sometimes he'll shut his eyes before the album is over and some albums have great songs to fall asleep to. Not I Think I Lost My Headache Josh wanted the song to be constantly poking at you while you try to shut your eyes. Which goes with the whole theme of this album, it Breaks conventional music making and gets away with it and seeing what they can get way with like Feel Good Hit Summer, Leg Of Lamb, Tension Head and so on. And that's why i fell in love with the album because it's R RESTRICTED To Everyone, Everywhere, All the time. 🤫

Oh shit, name revealed. Thanks so much for the shout out and I’m super glad that you adored “Born to Hula.” Can’t wait until you review some more QOTSA albums in the future. However, if you want to delve more into Stoner Rock/Metal I’d seriously recommend reacting to “Welcome to Sky Valley” by Kyuss, it’s one of the quintessential albums for Stoner Rock/Metal and each song is unique in their own way. I'd definitely recommend reacting to the Desert Sessions! It's a more experimental project by Josh Homme where he invited various artists to live on his ranch and make an album in just a few days. Someone already mentioned, but the crazy ending to I Think I Lost My Headache is to wake up people who fell asleep while listening to the album. I always connected it to the 'headache' theme as well. As for Born to Hula - some of the best QOTSA songs are B-sides. The Bronze is one of my favourite songs from their self-titled album, and Fun Machine is pretty widely considered one of their best songs, yet it was never really released because they lost the tapes of it before releasing Lullabies to Paralyze.
