«one last look. one more minute.»
So this happened... another of my old unfinished projects. Maybe now that I unburdened myself of old projects I can finally focus and start something new with Stranger Things fingers crossed
About this video, I'm not sure how I feel about it... i guess due to me being still angry about the season finale but at least I got to finish this, and in a way I'm saying goodbye to them. I don't think i'll be making more queliot videos since I feel like I said everything i wanted to say already with my editing. I just hope somehow the next season will fix this mess, I'm gonna miss Quentin so much.

I just sat down in front of the pc when I saw the notification. And I thought "Oh, cool! A new video of Shainira, and a Queliot one at that!". And like the fool I am, I put it on wide screen and turned up the volume, bc high quality works of art have to be watched in the best way possible.

Almost a year later, I'm still here. I've been watching this at like .. regularly occuring intervals, lol, like some sort of ritual. This edit is sacred to me, and it still as powerful and magnetic and heartbreaking as the first time I watched it.

I was just thinking how it would be a great twist if, after establishing the post-Quentin status quo, Season 5 ends with his return due to some supernatural threat. Paving the way for Quentin and Eliot's reunion.

so i've watched this four times now, and every single time I am so thoroughly pulled in by the rhythm of the music as it perfectly matches the scenes, the voiceovers that line up in ways that I never thought of before ("my life, it doesn't work"/"us, we work" (FUCK)) and I know I'll be watching this vid countless more times. ever since the season four finale, I was so hurt and disappointed that I have tried to forget I ever liked this show. but in this, you've made something far greater than the show could ever be. you tapped into exactly what everyone loved about this relationship and why it meant so much to so many people. so thank you for putting the time and effort into this and sharing it with others. it really is a catharsis I didn't know I needed.

I'm sure I've commented on this a few other times over the years but I just want to reiterate how much I love this video. Whenever things are hopeless or ugly in my life I watch this and it feels the way it would to be transported into those magical doors Q was always dreaming of. You made something truly special and beautiful with this one.

Damn i thought I'd finally gotten over this season but it's there and it still hurts and this video reminded me that i loved this show so much, i trusted it so much and i hoped so much. This video is transcendent. I truly believe it's a masterpiece. Thank you so much I loved it so much. They really were something, weren't they?
