im so proud of you please dont stop doing these kinds of videos :) i "failed" twice this year, but im not feeling down. its a journey and im not gonna stop working on this addiction. it gets easier to fight/work around it.
Aaron, I slipped up last week! I smoked. I was stressed and to be honest it didn’t do what I thought it would, I didn’t enjoy it and was just frustrated. This was one week ago and haven’t looked at the channel as do feel I’ve let myself down. But to re frame it, I smoked once in a month and that’s I’m huge progress, I go again, day 8 tomorrow! My dreams are epic too!
I quit social media, porn, and masterbation all at once. The reduction in dopamine was severe. I'm guessing most would fail. I quit weed yesterday, cigarettes will be last. Find ways to get natural dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin, endorphins D.O.S.E
Yeah, I’ve still been posting shorts as they are a lot easier to create from my longform content, and I also have filmed a couple interviews that I’m editing to put out! This one I clearly didn’t put much time into. Ha ha
@@carlbland68 yes. Hopefully doing a video soon. Just been working 12 to 14 hour days and have had very little time to post. I also hate posting these quick low quality videos but I’ll try to do one today.
