I have been making her food for years... never commented but always delicious.... THIS RECIPE RIGHT HERE... had me running to make a comment... freaking delicious
I followed the instructions... my chicken didn't turn out how it looked in the video. All the marinade fell off the chicken and just became a stew at the bottom of my pan. I ended up pouring the juice on the chicken. And broile both sides before adding the honey. Then, broiled sone more. I think next time I'll just bake & broil chicken or air fry them. This came out delicious. Thank you 😊
Hi Rose!!! Your Chicken recipe looks mighty delicious. I like Chicken recipes alot. Your spices sound so...good. I need to get your Island Spice. Great Video!!!...🦋
Jeez! Please do not cot anything with the knife coming towards your hand like you did the lemon no matter how many years you've done it and never had an accident. I work in the operating room and have had several patients needing surgical repairs for injuries from knives. But can't wait to try this recipe!
This looks wunderbar and I would love to make this. However, in the words of Mr. Spock what can I use as a substitute for Old Bay Seasoning please. Thank you kindly. Blessings from a chilly Cape Town. Dee 💖💖💖
Hello beautiful lady. I appeciate your presentation and your cleanliness in the kitchen. You put on the gloves that I have often asked other presenters to wear. I would eat from your kitchen any day, compared to them. The honey is not too sweet on the chicken? God bless you.
This looks delicious! Can't wait to try it. Loved the use of gloves, too. Some people don't seem to care about handling raw meat with bare hands, but I hate it! Lol. If i could make a small suggestion? You should tie back your beautiful hair. You'd hate getting it in the food, and hate finding hair in the chicken!
Thank you so much for sharing your honey old bay oven chicken recipe. I just made this for tomorrow dinner. I'm going to have it with Hawaiian rolls and mash potatoes. When I was shopping to get ingredients for this, I forgot onion powder and lemon juice so I just added 1/2 cup of apple cider with water and added paprika to ingredients. It taste good. I was wondering when eating it the next day, should I add more honey on the chicken when warming it up ?
So today, Sunday I took the chicken out of fridge to pre heat. To make sure the chicken would be moist, I sprinkle water on chicken and added a little oil, then I put the honey on it and put in microwave for 2 minutes. The chicken was really good. My dad also enjoyed it along with Hawaiian rolls and mash potatoes.
I wish ppl would rate the heat level on their spice mixes. Not every likes, or can even tolerate, spicey foods so I never know what to use or not use. I assume since this one is called "cajun" that it has quite a bite to it but what would be a good substitute in this recipe?
@IslandVibeCooking u welcome 🤗 thank you for posting this video because some people especially ol skool that don't like to share there recipes. So Thank u so much for sharing 🥰👍🏾👍🏾
Instead of honey use maple syrup, substitute seafood seasoning like Mrs. Dash's seasoning salt for Old Bay. Recipes are guides, adjust them to your liking
