Thanks you for your videos! I can’t draw, but sometimes I wanted to draw something to relax, but couldn’t come up with anything. Thanks for your doodle ideas!
The workbook "30 Days to Reduce Anxiety" by Harper Daniels is a great mindfulness guide. It really helped me recenter, find balance, and let go to be present.
Hey... I just did two of your anxiety doodles last night and let me tell you girl, it calmed my mind... I was able to sleep so peacefully after so many days. I wasn't able to sleep until midnight for so many days, but last night I was sleeping as soon as I got into bed. Thank you so much
Love your art. Such a beutiful getaway. 3 videos i saw and subscribed immediately. Please share what kinds of pens you use. I used to do alot of mithila art way back in 2010 and used to use permanent marker pens earlier then i got twins and have been busy with them. They are 6 yrs now and i work full time but hopefully soon ill have the inclination to persue my #hobby

This is a breathtaking study. A book I read with a similar scope completely flipped my perspective. "A Life Unplugged: Reclaiming Reality in a Digital Age" by Theodore Blaze
If I use gel pen then it'll spread so bad.. And if I use ball pen it will not be so satisfying and smooth.. So someone pls suggest the perfect pen to use for this ❤
