I believe its an old tradition to a drill at the end where all the player gather around and try to put the puck in the net. What I've heard is there is a superstition around not finishing the drill until someone scores.
I know I'm a little late but I'm pretty sure you're talking about rebound. A player shoots the puck in from just above the blue line and the team has to try to tip it in, or shoot in in off the rebound, etc. There's no real reason why they do it, just for fun really. A lot of junior teams also tend to do it
Well, it depends on the team. If its a popular team like the Canadiens, I pay about $60 for the cheapest ticket. If its an unpopular team like the islanders, I pay as low as $12 for the cheapest ticket.
