The deeper issue is that GALs can sometime be biased against Ben though they are not supposed to be. My ex gave all kinds of misinformation that was more than 5 years old. Even with court ordered parenting time she specifically made it so I couldn't speak to them during the hours specified and when I had in person time she would make it very difficult and she would say she isn't going to force the kids to see me. My son would see me and everytime he went home they would berated him and my ex would withhold things from him as a punishment. Making it very clear that if he didn't play her game he was going to struggle at his primary residence. Now he has taken to telling me he never wants to see me again and wishes I was dead. We had a terrific relationship prior to this. But I don't believe the GAL is even familiar with parental alienation. Now the divorce is final and I didn't force any physical custody because my ex told them it was my way of trying to force them to love me. When they already loved me before.
She actually asked me if I wanted to contribute to Christmas presents, I said sure as long as I’m involved and I am allowed to come open then. Not talking going for brunch just 20-30 minutes to open gifts. Then they could all come to my mother’s house. I misss my families Xmas. Well she said now so I didn’t contribute after all I was very meticulous and I bought the kids exactly what they wanted and spent about $300-400 each why would I donate to her to buy presents she gets her monthly support she works under the table and she has multiple boyfriends including my sons little league coach from 7 years ago.
@@Mik35959 goodness my friend! it sounds like you are tethered to a chronically miserable she-devil out to punish everyone in her path including you whom she benefits from. It's truly heart-breaking and and I cant imagine the frustration and anguish you must feel as a result. My concern for you is missing memories and opportunities based on the momster controlling the contact arrangement. That part is the most sickening. She's evil for wanting to steal and rob the kiddos of a childhood of your love all so what she can say, 'Here look your dad (if she's not referring to you by first name now) wasn''t there for blah and blah." Another good point is the GAL. The GAL works for the court, are overbooked and overworked and here's the kicker- none in the justice system are required to be trained on personality types nor parental alienation. So that's rough when all they care about is clearly not in the child's emotional wellbeing or they would intervene to prevent further psychological damages! It's just disgusting how these alienating parties are literally teaching the children to reject half of themselves. Really practice self care to keep yourself sane in an insane situation and to be a calm energy for the kiddos whenever you do connect. Oh and when you connect never mention the she devil only focus on light and lovely stuff bc they are likely fed up with hearing her complain about men in general so you be different and draw those babies back to you💔🩹😉
I find it absolutely amazing that every source online, reckons the law takes it seriously. However whenever I've requested support and intervention, they've said "sounds like a dispute between you & mom" even though I have overwhelming evidence she's being brainwashed and has cut me completely off at the age of 14, she's also cut her grandparents off over totally absurd reasons .
Obviously this guy has never been in the targets shoes. Incredibley hard to go to every function if no information is being exchanged and your being set up to look bad from the start. Remember its a campaign and methodically planned out.
