Satisfy your sweet tooth cravings with this super easy @nadiyajhussain famous croissant + marmalade + vanilla Ice cream yumm pudding. The day I saw this on Nadiya's bake show I was tempted to make & when I got hold of some croissants yesterday I made sure to make this to satisfy my sweet tooth. It's as easy as it's seen on the reel. It's super easy, tasty & perfect to satisfy those cravings
Ingredients:
🔸Butter at room temp for greasing the dish & spreading on croissant
🔸4 large Croissants
🔸170 gm marmalade or jam of your choice
🔸350 gm Vanilla Ice cream softened
🔸60 gm dark chocolate or chocolate chips
Method :
Preheat the oven to 190°C. Grease a medium rectangular dish with some butter. Slice croissants into half, spread butter , then the marmalade or jam. (Be generous). Tuck these in by laying them one by one. Take dollops of ice cream & leave it on for 5-10 mins. Sprinkle chocolate chips over and bake these for 10-12 mins.
Enjoy yumm delicious pudding as it is or dust some icing sugar to make it more yummmm.
