Super easy creamy cake that will delight your family!

❗️Attention, I recommend using ingredients in grams because it is a more accurate and correct recipe! * Cup = 200 ml
Ingredients
🍰 Shortcrust pastry:
2 eggs
a pinch of salt
80 g (5 tbsp) sugar
100 ml (1/2 cup / 3.5 oz) vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla
350 g (2 1/2 cups / 12 oz) flour
15 g (3 tsp) baking powder
Spread 2/3 of the dough in the baking pan, 25 cm high
Divide 1/3 into 3 parts and roll into three strips
Put the dough into the mold as shown in the video
🍦 Vanilla pudding cream:
2 egg yolks
100 g (1/2 cup / 3.5 oz) sugar
3 tbsp corn starch
500 ml (2 1/2 cups / 1 pint) milk
1 tsp vanilla
🍑 6 halves of canned peaches, diced
Almond flakes
Assemble the cake as shown in the video
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C / 350 °F for 30 minutes
Allow the cake to cool completely before serving
Powdered sugar (optional)
