Approximately 0% of the 4 Mechanics and 1 Dealership I went to turned this off and even when I got to the point of telling the manager I was about to drop the car off and Uber away / turn in a LEMON I still couldn't get this or the near-weekly tire pressure light to turn off. The root of the problem is not embracing minimalism, removing the sensors, removing the lights/bells/whistles/etc because simple cars are good cars.

I looked in the book and it said to turn on the flashers 1st. I must have done it 40 times and it would not work!!!!! UGGGHH!!! I did it your way without turning on the flashers 1st and it worked thank you!!!!!!
