Refreshing to see this honestly, I love the quick-paced videos and they are very well edited, but sometimes watching bakers like this makes me frustrated that I can't do the same in this amount if time. Nice to see I'm not alone 😂

I would not mind long form videos. It's fascinating watching you work. Very soothing. (There's a groomer I watch who started a second channel for long form videos because RU-vid and their silly algorithms.)
Yeah, it would be a ‘different’ from a short for sure, showing the whole (or most of the) process and perhaps talking more as she works, but that sounds great, it’d be cool to see AND relaxing! Btw are you talking about Girl with the dogs? I love her channels, I like both styles a lot and even gave a go at her new podcast, it was nice and chill
@@SecondFloor2311 Yep! She's the one. I also watch a more serious channel that also did a second channel for longer form stuff due to YT's stupid algorithms. Beau of the Fifth Column (second channel The Roads with Beau.) If you want commentary on various world events that isn't sensationalized or anxiety provoking.
I prefer the real time! It is amazing, the patience and skill you have developed. Please consider making more real time and see if there is an audience for it. ❤
You're still extremely quick though!! Obvs you do this all ybe time so muscle memory&doing it wvery day speeds it up, i find when I have multiple cakes in a short period (I just do cakes as an occasional favour to friends/fam and to bring it some extra cash here n there..plus i love it! But I have a super draining full time job) i get a lot quicker with each cake or teir. If its been a couple of months, like the one i did this weekend 🙃 oof it takes me a good 15mins to do a crumb coat and then another 15 for the top coat. And even that took many many cakes to get to, the first 10 or so took me probably 30mins to crumb&another 45 for the top cause I'd OBSESS over makong it absolutely perfect which is impossible and wasted so much time! 😂 I hope one day i can do it as fast as this! Fingers crossed i win the lottery soon and can open up my dream bakery!
I’m happy to know that my skills truly suck! Lol I love your videos because your cakes are beautiful and I stop trying to think I’m any good at that sort of skill. 😂 My cookies on the other hand, “totally rock”!
I have noticed that most bakers put wayyyy to much buttercream on and leave it thick even though they have scraped most of it of and it becomes way to sickly for people to eat but not your cakes nicely done 🙂🙂🙂🙂🎂🎂🎂🎂
Long form video is great. Don’t succumb to the pressure of needing to make everything snappy and do things like 2x talking speed and a second video INSIDE the video to keep people entertained - that kinda stuff is gross anyway
