You are most definitely an ADHD woman. I raised three kids, who are all ADHD. But didn’t find out till they were adults! It explained so much. I thought kids had to be out of control yelling & screaming all the time to be ADHD. Nope! That’s just some not so great parenting. 😂 There is some great information on Pinterest from women who are ADHD. ADHD shows up differently in boys & girls. Information on it is very helpful for your spouse/significant other. It helps them to understand you better and what you do or don’t do better. It has really helped me understand my husband, even after 37 year’s of marriage. ADHD people often get misdiagnosed as bi-polar. You are not that! And it isn’t a blanket diagnosis for everyone. You are amazing!!! We absolutely love you at my house! 💕

Bit of advice from a stranger: DO NOT let doctors decide everything for you. They do not choose what’s “best” for you. Please please choose for yourself, or get a doula and tell her exactly what you want so she can advocate for you. I’ve had some pretty traumatic experiences not advocating for myself, and I know many people in the same boat. So much love from Nevada, U.S.

U don’t have to be scared because of the pooping not everyone does this! My mom birthed 5 children and it never happened to her! Neither did it happen to my aunt! 🥰But I think it happened to my grandma but she told me she didn’t even think of it at the moment 💗💗

Ask for a enema that makes you go for a poo before baby comes out. I don't know if that is something they willingly give all pregnant women, I've had it with all 3 of mine because something traumatic happened with my 1st baby I lost so I ask for it and I do get it...but you could ask (can't hurt) Also my 1st live baby, 3 days of contractions and 11 hours of labour, I screamed all the way through "never again, never again" then as soon as he was born and the pain just vanished and basically forgot about, the overwhelming love you feel for that baby..... I thought yes I'd have more. And I did I've had 3 boys and were hoping to try for another around march/April. You and nick will be fantastic parents, I'd love a mam like you who was a big child at heart, I can imagine you'd be baking or doing some sort of craft at every spare opportunity XxX I have the smallest pain threshold ever but it's totally totally worth every bit of it.

My mom assures me not everyone poops on the table when they have kids. She didn’t poop with either me or my brother. She almost didn’t make it to the hospital when she was in labor with me though. I was almost a car baby.

Had my first by section, during my second birth, half way through the pushing, I stopped and said ‘I can’t, I’m going to poo!’, the midwife said ‘You already have lovely, now PUSH!’. Hadn’t even noticed!

You should bring out a clothing like called ‘mistakes have been made’😂

I am a nurse, and a mom. I absolutely PROMISE you that in the moment, you will NOT care at all about pooping!! You will be so preoccupied that you won't even notice, and most likely won't even know if you do. Nurses are beyond used to it and are not phased at all! We really don't even notice, we just carry on with the job at hand. Nearly all women worry about this, but realize afterwards that they honestly did not care. Having a healthy baby placed into your arms is the most incredible thing you'll ever experience, and I promise it's the only thing that matters ❤

Trust me when you’re in labour, pooping is the last thing on your mind! I’ve given birth twice and there’s so many people looking at your woohoo, you literally couldn’t care haha. 💛

I received my appointment time for exploring whether I have ADHD just today. I’m also undergoing a possible diagnosis for autism as well. It’s crazy how different the signs and symptoms are for women, so much so I never even considered either of these until my doctor mentioned them a few years ago in my late 20’s. Though it then took the pandemic for me to really consider exploring the possibility! Good luck with your journey 💜😄

As someone who's been trying the get an official diagnosis for ADHD all my life (my mum kept pushing for it but my doctor basically ignored her) as you get older its harder to get a diagnosis (you usually have to do a behaviour test), as you learn to "control" it to a certain extent. My mum believes I'm on the low end of the spectrum and a doctor said that it's very possible I am ADHD but I'll struggle to get a diagnosis now because I've learned to "mask" it. But if you think you are ADHD and want to be officially diagnosed, keep pushing for it and don't let doctors just ignore you xx

im currently in the process of getting diagnosed with adhd too, my biggest issue is the huge assessment form they get you to fill out. like im there because my brain wont let me do anything that requires concentration for long periods of time why make that part of the assessment XD

I agree, my partner and I argue due to miss communication a lot. He is dutch (very direct) and I am British (everything but direct) and we both from a cultural and just in general have a different way of communicating. 🙈 but we are getting better too. The thing is, arguing is completely normal and natural. It’s about arguing in a healthy way. ❤️ Also, student midwife here. Don’t worry about the bowl movement part. Like you said it is normal, but we wouldn’t say anything any way and in the moment you won’t think about it. ❤️

Both of my births were scheduled and the doctor had me do an enema the night before....I guess I never thought of the possibility of having the embarrassment of relieving myself during birth, but you have to remember the people in the room during child birth see everything and it's nothing to them.

Ok ok… I have 4 non-cesarean kids - never did I have that issue. I don’t think I know anyone that has. IDK how it is there, but here there’s no “table”… our beds “break away” and it’s basically like how you do at a gyno… 😆

My last birth story (3rd baby) would make you think it was easy to give birth lol I was only in hospital 40mins before he was born , each birth is differnt but with all 3 of my boys I never did the toilet or needed any stitches and my last one I never even bleed during during birth 🤔 it was confusing lol until I stood up and it was like a murder scene 😬 midwife had a check inside but said it must've just been the birth blood but delayed 🤣 no matter the pain that you go through and all the embarrassing moments that happen during pregnancy & labour (trust me with my 1st I could tell you loads 🤣) you forget all that pain when your babies I your arms and you see that wee face , it's a love you can't describe and can't compare xx I think you both would make fantastic parents , it's something you don't take lightly tho , you shouldn't ask people "are you ready to have a baby" because that "baby" part last a year but you need to be ready to raise a person and have the conversations with your loved one on all the ways you'll raise them (birth/feeding/weaning/schooling/religion/ all things life I guess 🤣) x Anyway great video jazz 🙂🤣 I kinda rambled there 🤔

TMI*** my mom pooped why giving birth😆...its funny because she was pushing & pushing she relieved herself then said oh my baby let me see my baby, my dad looked at her funny. The nurse was like um miss u didnt push him out yet(head was half way out) u pooped. My dad started laughing😂😂😂💀they had to clean her up 3 pushes later he was out, she went all natural 5 out of 6 births👌😫🏆(last 1 was c-section)

When it time to push the last thing you be thinking about is doing a number2 and believe me with 3 kids it happened once with me and i never know until days later when my mam told me. It so normal they are use it to all. I part no one told me about was going to the loo after having kids now that's not nice x
