I was watching other bumper fixes and there is a bolt on each side to level the bumper, so send like you unloosen the nut and adjust the bumper where you want it and balance it on each side, so this fella was pretty close and figured it out also, hope this helps a bit, learn as we go!
Hey, so I’m working on the 2004 Chevy Silverado 1500. I was trying to use this method but whenever I was on the driver side I noticed that right above that bar that I’m supposed to push up on there is a reservoir tank. Is there any other way to go about this?
Okay well I tried that method using a floor jack, and the only thing it did was pick the SUV up.. maybe I'll try this loosen the nuts up first and that may do it, cuz the front end of this thing isn't heavy enough to do it by weight alone
I don’t know where you reside at but, if you are close to salvage yard call LKQ pick your part. You might then can get all you need for your pick up truck
Fuck LKQ. 30 MINS up the road from me. Our local outfit is a joke. Lucky the entire staff in Redmond hasn't been yanked out in the yard and properly disposed of.
@@GRAPPAHOLICS I’m going to drill out the hole where the bumper bracket goes just a bit higher. Like a slot instead of a hole. That should help me lift it all the way up and keep it where I want it. I got an 06 f350. Either way thanks for the informative video man! It helped me out on one side lol 😂
