This is a perfect gentle workout for warming up from the inside on a chilly morning. By the time I finished, the coffee was done brewing, but I feel so invincible after this workout that I know I don't "need" coffee! This one is my go-to for traveling and staying in a hotel. No equipment, all-standing (no need to bring a mat or worry about being on a hotel floor 😬), and it doesn't require much floor space. It's quick enough to squeeze in any time, but intense enough to get the heart rate and sweat going, so I really feel like I accomplished something! Would love to see a whole category/playlist like this. Thanks so much for doing what you do! I love all of your videos and I'm so happy I found your channel.

Yaaaayyyy!!!!! Day 30 completed 🎉💪🏽. This was the BEST challenge ever. My overall body feels great. Sore but great 😂! I have more energy and I’m more lean and toned. Tomorrow I’m starting over with this challenge along with the weekly workouts I get in my email 🤞🏽. Thank you Rachel. I look forward to more challenges. 💪🏽💜
Monday 4th March complete - I hadn’t really looked at programme until today so had already done a 7 minute cardio workout from another trainer. Note to self … no need to do that Rachel covers all bases 😀😀😀 thank you
Woooh. That was good. I included jumping where I could. I had to take a couple break to catch my breath but this was a great one to add in every once in a while to get the body moving! 👏👏👏
Honestly can’t express to you how much I love your videos and how much they’ve helped me physically and mentally. I’m on day 7 of your 30 day hard challenge (which I started immediately after the 28 day wall Pilates challenge) - I decided to do this one after the 10 min cardio - I am a ball of sweat! And honestly would not have been able to keep up let alone finish it if I hadn’t been doing what I’ve done with you so far. I know sometimes you ask for feedback - so I’ll just say, perhaps a longer cardio? I want to sweat 😂
Aw I’m so glad they have helped!! And yes definitely will make longer ones! For this one u can always repeat the workout part 2-3 rounds too, that’s what I do ☺️

Thx for the nice workout! I started doing your weight loss challenge in the beginning of january, but had to take a break twice because I got a virus from one of my kids. Started again yesterday, fully healed, than lifted a heavy box and sprained my wrist 😂...maybe the universe is trying to tell me something. Fortunately this workout is sprained-wrist-proof.
Yes but being in a calorie deficit (eating less than normal) is also necessary. If the routine starts to feel easy, you can do it for additional rounds or add on another workout
