Here's a quick beginner level workout routine to get your glutes and legs toned and strong! Consistency is key and the overall mission while working out. It's not about how much weight you can lift, or how many reps you can do. It's all about that form and lifting what's stable for you.

Great video just be careful with the advice you give, weighted squats, deadlifts and split squats are actually pretty intermediate because of the different cues involved.
