I'm not sure if you know this but you can get metal undercarriage for the SR-71. I also said the same thing when I saw it I thought it was a squirrel but it turned out to be a skunk because it's from the Skunkworks

That animal on the decal sheet is a skunk as in skunk works”,(please don’t hate me🥶).. That’s a monster kit..But it’s a SR-71 in 1/48 and well done Revell..I like Revell gives you a good stand..Why isn’t any other manufacturers redesigning some decent stands we can buy..Some aircraft do look better in a inflight display..Be great if the after market folks do a crew..The Blackbirds crews flight suits were a bit special.. One more thing..I do Columbo impressions🤣😂🤣😂..Sorry.😵‍💫..But I don’t get a notifications on your videos though I pressed the bell..Sure you don’t know why..But only mentioned it in case others have had the same problem..Thanks for a insightful run down of this 1/48 SR-71 🥸👍

I am with you, kits should all come with a stand so the aircraft can fly.

In my mind, that round stand base is just begging for a decal of the earth below!
