Sometimes 5 min is all we have to spare, but it makes such a HUGE difference!

i always keep coming back to this video when the workload is heavy, i just do this on the bathroom on my 30 min break and it just gives me that last push to finish the shift.

This is my new stretch break at home when I'm sitting more than I do at work ( I'm on my feet 8hrs a day at work). Also a great routine to do during gaming sessions to get the blood flowing. 🤘
