I've been following one of your bedtime yoga routines for over a month now. Just tried this one for the first time and it was pretty difficult but I stuck through which was easy to do since it was only five minutes. I'm a super beginner and only doing yoga through RU-vid videos, but for what it's worth, here's a tip for other beginners: if you find yourself not getting the pose "exactly" right, don't sweat it, just go with how your body feels and adjust slight when you can. Anyone with more experience, feel free to weigh in here. Can't wait to add this to my morning routine! Thank you! 😊
This was a very interesting video!! I learned 2 new yoga poses like the 3 legged down dog and reversed warrior poses! I will definitely be trying these new poses☺️

Thank you just did this. I have stiffness and tightness all over, which specific videos do you have to help with this. Stiff and tight back problem, muscular tightness and just frozen shoulders it feels like. I'm just tight 😩
Hi, Lovely video…I always find it hard (as a beginner & being older) to go from downward dog into the next posture (can’t remember what it’s called…trikonasna/warrior) I’m not so flexible. Any suggestions? Thanku 🧡
