This looks amazing. All those wonderful spices. I love cooking thighs in my air fryer. A lot less mess. Can't wait to try this.

I can't say exactly. Sorry. But I think i cook them at about 380 for 20 to 25 minutes. Flipping half way through.

This one is brilliant. I have made it a few times now. I just make up a batch of the sauce then keep in the fridge and then just use as needed Its great in a pork chop too

I reduced the chili powder by half the second time I made it because I am also a spicy wimp :D It wasn't hot at all when halved!
