Have you checked out Lazy Dancer tips, if you are looking for more free workouts? BB has loads more videos, but you would need to either purchase them individually (they do bundles) or purchase the custom workout. I''ve been using the custom for over a year and love it.

I have difficulties keeping my knees and feet together... is it normal? ): it makes me dizzy forcing them together.

Yes, it's normal. It's better not to force them. Let them adjust in time. It can be very awkward, plus the muscles won't be able to relax properly while you're working out. You want to breathe as well, so you're not dizzy.

Absolutely, a lot more toned, stronger body, stronger core, but no bulking. I'm also using myfitnesspal and both together are amazing. :)

I've been doing BB since 2012 and I love my results. If you want to lose weight, add in her cardio workouts a few times a week and eat a healthy whole foods diet (no crash or weird low carb raw vegan nonsense)--I eat this way and my weigh doesn't fluctuate (I'm a nice weight now). I love that Bb doesn't bulk up my thighs (my problem area) and arms but I'm still strong and toned. It's great cross-training for real ballet class too. My posture and butt are 100, just saying.

depends on what you're stating with--if you have a lot of fat on your legs and small amount of muscle, you'll probably feel like your legs are getting bigger at first (muscles growing) before you lose fat OR if you're starting from very large muscles (squatting a lot of weight at the gym) your legs will probably get smaller if you use correct alignment. BB doesn't focus on quads but instead inner thighs, hamstrings, and glutes.

I have definitely seen a difference- as long as they're done consistently & with proper form- I suggest building over time in sets/reps instead of compromising form. I find that most of the exercises target a super isolated set of muscles BUT in the long run build long, lean & gorgeous muscle tone. I highly recommend! Best of luck & best wishes! 😊

I have one of your DVDs I bought in the United States. I moved to France and now I cannot play your DVD because it's not compatible with the players here. That is upsetting
