Blake, I have been keeping an eye on your steady progress as the ACL broadcasts on various platforms. I have a difficult time controlling my bag going off the back of the board I have shortened my swing throwing stickier bags getting the bag higher in the release lower in release and moving back I just can’t seem to figure it out any input or advice would be great appreciated. Oh I love the channel
Try changing your "target" point. Fix your eyes on the front half of the board and see if you can land the bag a little shorter. If that doesn't work, then switch to decaf :)
Do you guys have a video or any tips on locking that elbow and the also the elbow pit direction and arm direction in the backswing and forward swing? Most videos are about the release and grip. Thanks!!
