I used all training gear on my character, using heartland conqueror weapons with training trait really makes a difference. My husband, myself, and 2 friends started characters at the same time. We each spent 2 hours a day levelling. When I reached level 50 my husband was at level 30 and our friends were at level 20.
1:03 The required skill line level to skip the certification quest isn't 50, it's much much lower. (could swear it's either skill line lvl 6 or 10 to skip the respective profession (mostly likely 10 afaik)) I found this out, because i made like 8 alts for daily writs and got to lazy to do them all at one.
For quick Skill points and XP, the very overlooked "Main Story Line" can be done, and it's a series of about 8 fairly quick quests with a Skill Point reward for each. It can be started by talking to a "Mysterious Hooded Figure" when entering the main cities of Daggerfall, Vulkel Guard or Davon's Watch
I’ve been leveling a new character, and I HIGHLY suggest doing the tedious mages guild and psijic order grind FIRST, as they will take you all over the game, getting a ton of exploration xp. I gained 15 free levels just buy doing this alone. Another thing you forgot to mention: do your daily battlegrounds and dungeon runs once you hit level 10. I just did both yesterday and shot from level 12 to 20 in the span of 12 minutes using a 150% scroll. I recommend only activating the scroll if you know you have secured at least second place in your battlegrounds game, otherwise you won’t get the xp reward on completion. Once you have done that, you should then go on to the normal random dungeon. Best to do this as soon as you can, as you unlock lengthier dungeons at later levels.
Also it's best imo to get undaunted early on and do uncompleted dungeons as well as your daily dungeon as well to try and level up your undaunted early
I only level up psijic order to get the loot portal thing :) So I don't level it up at all really. Just the first portals on Summerset. I'm kind of a noob and been playing for a few months - I just can not do the psijic skill line and I've gotten like 4 characters to level 50. It's so boring imo and are the abilities even worth it? I say this as someone who loves high elves, Summerset and the psijic order too 😅
@@pinkplasticlag It has some good skills for some builds, especially magicka and pvp. Generally now though people run oakensoul mythic which is easier to get.
@@Mr-qt4xr channeled acceleration is essential for many pvp builds, the ult is good too since it gives 5% tankiness by having it slotted, the meditation ability can be useful for tanks. Lots of good stuff.
I’ve done that before 🤦♂️ 18 leveled toons and years of play time I’ve still forgotten to get the fighters guild before I start grinding, get half way to 50 and be like 🤦♂️ wtf 😂 I knew I forgot something
Good video, only thing you missed is that you only need to be level 10 in each crafting discipline to skip their respective intro quest. It's very easy to just decon a few things and then skip the intro.
If you intend to afk for any amount of time and you play on pc, get Beam me up addon, use the function to keep porting to guildies indefinatelly by number of undiscovered shrines. This will Drastically increase the speed of your skyshard hunt after ur leveling process. 30 minutes of this will unlock the majority of the zones and distant shrines.
I'm just going to collect shards. In any case, you will need skill points and you will have to collect them. On the way to the shard, you will have to kill someone and gain experience. If you use the cheapest scrolls of experience (which are given for free in many) - level 50 is obtained in 2-3 locations of the second alliance.
Once you hit Level 10 do the daily Dungeon and PVP. Both net a substantial amount of XP. Combine that with any XP boosting items, you can jump up several levels pretty easily.
1:04 pretty sure you only need lvl 10 in said crafting skill to skip the certification process. My alt had 10 provisioning and alchemy and could still skip both of these just yesterday.
@@unomauhasard5219 firstly you said 12 days. Secondly just because it's nothing for an MMO doesn't mean that's not ridiculously slow compared to 15 minutes. Trust me I have 5k hours in this game I think I know what the MMO grindset is like lmao
Fighter's guild and assault/support are the most annoying parts of a new character. Guilds and pvp should be account wide but no, it's just another way to milk wallets through the crown store by crown store studios.
every ESO leveling is like "this is a guide for beginners" and then they want you to have writs, specific gear, food, elixirs, champion points. what I was hoping for is something like "if you're new and want a lvl50 character fast, go to these places, do these dungeons/quests/whatever, expect this to happen. i still have no idea what the best place for xp farming is
Downvoted, you missed the most important tip for building a character. You have to grind to lvl 7 of the Dark Brotherhood, as it gives you the best passive in the game: Shadow Rider.
