Good video. I have something like this going on in my home. I have stains above the smoke detectors and am seeing the nail head and line stains. I also see stains on the air vents as well. Is this one particular form of ghosting or could it be more than one?
We’ve just experienced this in our new build home, on an interior wall (technically - it’s the wall attaching us to the other semi detached house). Does this mean in the areas we are seeing it they haven’t put sufficient installation in the wall? Thanks for the helpful video!
Maybe. In your situation is sounds more like an air sealing issue. If there are openings above the space between the walls, it could be allowing some air movement. A little hard to say without being there to look at everything, but that's my first thought. But if you are seeing ghosting then it's showing you that air is moving through the wall for some reason.
