Thank you. If the legal system was fair you shouldn't ever need luck though, should you?

If the legal system was fair , you wouldn’t need appellate court.

@@dxz7952 Yup: they should do it right first time = huge waste of OUR resources when not done properly & without mega delay & real FAIR trials (aren't); all this arguing - HOW to find out what the truth really was/is? But humans make mistakes...

This is great but the reality often show opposite of fairness. Depends on your position the Judges may not interested in what do you want to say at all, they already made up their mind by looking at who are the parties.

Does it not right, the jury prefers to press more on weak nerves knowing it's fate...Is it the signal that one should not show other bright sides of the case????

I had a case which was dismissed by the judge without any reason. The order letter I’ve received didn’t have any reason. I’ve asked the court for a copy of the judgment and there was no judgment. So my claim has been discussed without any reason or judgment. My question is- is this acceptable? Can a Jude dismiss a claim without reasons? I would appreciate your reply.

@Ervin he will not answer your question. I hope you have researched enough to know he will not be able to answer questions on any case. It’s terrible that we are left to fend for ourselves when they have the answers. Imagine, going to a dr to ask a medical question, and being told, I’m not allowed to answer your question because either you are not my patient, or because you could use that information for your own knowledge. Ridiculous! Yet the legal system seems to work this way from what I’m learning.

It happened to me. I even didn’t get a letter. Went to court, was told the case dismissed without the judgement. Appealed and won on appeal. Took 2 years.
