@@Quittingtogether honestly very difficult but I have support from friends and family and I was reading my journal the other day and I just have Been going in circles for so long I just needed to deal with a lot of emotional stuff I guess I’ve been suppressing but I know the future is gonna be better. Not my quote but : there’s a reason the rear view mirror is smaller than the front windshield… there’s no timeline for success you just need to keep trying everyday that’s the most important thing. We got this. ❤️ If you have the opportunity I would highly recommend trying out a sensory deprivation tank. Helped out a lot!
For me it was difficult to write music but I have family members that have gone through similar experiences and actually will be more creative once through the ringer
Oh totally! Many people have said that. I actually wrote potentially the best song of my life in this last week completely sober, and it was really encouraging.
I’m sorry to hear that but I’m still so proud of you for making it that long! What was it that got you to break? Are you not smoking now or did you just go back into smoking regularly again?
