I love your videos💯 I’m 16 my peops are American but I looove Haitian food so I’m learning to cook it🤤 could you start adding everything you use in the description box even though u say them??? Because it’ll be easier for me having a list of what I need everytime I go grocery shopping... Xoxo you’re one of my fav chef😩💯
Hi Anette..you are awesome. Thank you so much for making this video. You right tho! Haitian Bakery never add enough meat. I learned a lot from you..I love watching your videos.
Hi! I tried this, with puff pastry I had in the freezer already, and it came out so perfect. My favorite recipe and you gave great tips! Thank you so much! Btw, I piled on the meat too 😆😂
@@mackenzygourdet7451 .. The croissant dough is to soft but you can always try let me know. Puff pastry dough has many layer and it's more flakier, so it works better for this type.of Patties.
@@dorannette26 thank you for replying to me. You're awesome. I was gonna get the puffs pastry bit where I am now in Japan I don't think they have it in our supermarket bit i do see they have the croissant. I will be trying today with the croissant and let you know. I missed my Haitian patties but it's very tedious to make the dough from scratch . Lol
Hi Annette. I just stumbled on your video for haitian bread and I started watching some of your other ones. I like what I've seen so far. I'm going to make the bread and pate I want to make chicken pate. I wanted to know is it best to shred it or ground it?
Can someone tell me where I can get that dough pastry cause where I live they don’t have a Haitian spot to get Haitian patties. Figure I can make it myself!! Thx in advance
Hi doll love love the videos can you please make Haitian Connet or cornet not sure how to spell it but it’s the chicken patties the cone shape one please
Annette, help me please, I made those patties with beef, I did them your way, nice color. But they were not crispy, what you think I did wrong., I'm eating them anyway, lots of meat 😄😄😄😄😄😄😄😄🌹🙏
OMG Annette, after cooking the meat, I thought it was dry so I added a tiny hand spray of water. WOW, that was the problem. I'll do a lot better next time. Thank you and Stay safe 🌹 🌹🌹
On first of all the is not a real Haitian Pate and don’t try to argue I am a real Haitian so I would know so yeah that is just something that we came up with but a real Haitian pate doesn’t look like that
Baby girl.. I am also haitian ....I did say this was a short version, I guess you didn't hear that part (by the way it is simular in taste). I will upload a video on making the long version soon. Thanks for commenting.
She definitely missed that part. Annette you are like a big sister in my head. I've been making these for the past year and my hubby love it I live in California no Haitian restaurant or bakery. I get the dough and salt fish from whole foods Quick and yummies
Learn English before you try to explain your Haitian part to the world, everyone cook as they please... what you make? Where is your video on how to make it hmmmmm
Al Chita non yon koin. Go sit in a corner. I am so sick and tired of you small minded people thinking there is only 1 way to make Haïtian food. I hate spending time in the kitchen so I improvise a lot and my food comes out just as tasty. Evolution happens for a reason. It’s a damn good idea for Annette to use the pre-made dough. It takes about 3 hours to make a dough and that’s if you have a freezer to let it rest; and if don’t have one, it takes a whole day of making the dough.
