Dive into Quick Lymphatic Stimulation for Instant Calmness! 🌈 In this exercise, Ben unveils an efficient bottom-up approach to soothe your nervous system, providing a swift escape from anxiety. Ready to unwind? Let's tap into relaxation!
1️⃣ Understand the Technique: Combat anxiety with lymphatic stimulation, a bottom-up approach that directly engages the body to signal relaxation to the nervous system. It complements top-down methods, offering an effective dual strategy.
2️⃣ Follow Along - Tapping Sequence:
Start with loose taps up and down the back of your arms.
Flip your palms, tapping up the inside of each arm and a bit on the side of your neck.
Move to the midline, tapping gently on the sternum.
Finally, tap underneath each arm around the solar plexus area, taking deep breaths.
3️⃣ Repeat on Both Sides: Ensure you cover both arms, engaging in deep breaths and sighs to enhance the oxygen release and relaxation response.
4️⃣ Experiment & Enjoy: Feel free to explore different tapping areas, finding what resonates best with your body. Extend one arm for a stretch to amplify the calming effect.
5️⃣ Embrace the Relaxation: As you follow along with Ben, experience the soothing impact of this lymphatic stimulation exercise. Let the tension melt away, allowing a sense of calm to envelop you. 🧘‍♀️

He's teaching you a combination of medical Qi gong and what's known as tapping therapy. You're supposed to make statements as you do it though. It's not just for relieving stress from the body. It's also for manifesting anything and everything that you want into your reality!!! People who are trained correctly and who follow the practice diligently are able to have miraculous healings even of lifetime medical conditions such as heart murmurs..

I have a question for you,it’s a weird one but maybe you’ll have a suggestion. About seven months ago I started taking a magnesium citrate supplements. I only took five of them over the course of four days. At first I felt energized this quickly turned into a nervous energy with my heart feeling as if it were racing. I started waking up in the middle of the night with my heart racing and my legs sweating. I haven’t taken anymore since yet this feeling still comes and goes ,months later. Any ideas? Btw,the only thing I’ve found that helps is cardio early in the morning and cutting out most sugars.

Magnesium citrate is for loosening the bowels. It is absorbed in the GI tract. Why did you start taking magnesium? If it’s for anything other than the bowels, this if not the proper form of magnesium to take.

@@Mom2seven I actually was trying it out because online it stated magnesium was good at preventing headaches which I get quite frequently.

@@JediMindTrix420 you need a different form of magnesium like glycinate. There are about 15 different types of magnesium. They are each absorbed and used by the body differently. What dosage did you try?

@@JediMindTrix420 magnesium is an electrolyte. Are you taking other electrolytes? Salt? You will also want to try more water with it.

@@Mom2seven after the fourth day when I started feeling jittery with my heart racing I stopped taking the supplement.Yet ,the symptoms persisted.Seems as if I unlocked Pandora's box for anxiety with no idea how to close it.

That's much like qi-gong meridian tapping to get the qi flowing.

Very normal! Crying is a normal response to nervous system regulation, and also produces oxytocin which is a great hormone to calm your nervous system, elevate your mood, and improve immune function!
