A science-based, self-directed neuroplasticity training program for people who suffer from chronic conditions such as anxiety, depression, pain, chemical or food sensitivities, and fatigue get back to living happy and healthy lives.
Indeed, it’s very hard to focus on the (interesting!) words with the dominant background music, especially for people with nervous system imbalances. Otherwise, loving the content and all your work ❤
Hi, thanks for sharing your knowledge, I have been looking for a video therapy to heal my brain or reset my brain to heal from fibromyalgia, fatigue, and chronic pain .
If it really helps people, why isn't it offered completely for free? Or offered through a doctor's clinic/hospital? I live an incredibly unstressful life and have for a while now, and yet I seem to be getting worse and worse CFS-like symptoms. I changed my eating habits over a year ago (to whole foods and no unhealthy snacks) and that significantly reduced my anxiety and depression as well as the intensity of migraines ... yet still when I do anything physical my body can't handle it. And I've gotten worse out of the blue for doing things I had previously done every day. Also, who are you? Are you a neuroscientist? A neurologist?
Hello, Please feel free to read about our science backed program and the The re-origin Brain Trust here (our Science Advisory Board) - www.re-origin.com/science/ this should answer some of your questions. We also have some information on how we can help with CFS symptoms here - www.re-origin.com/archive-conditions/chronic-fatigue-syndrome-cfs/

Lots of good tips-thank you! I also experience morning anxiety especially on work days. When I wake up I don’t like to lay in bed. I get up and do a ten minute walk around my kitchen and living room. Then I do about 50 modified burpees. I usually follow that up with a 5 minute meditation. After that I give myself plenty of time to eat my breakfast, get dressed and head off to work.
i have been waking up with morning nausea ,i am going through so many things and i cannot seem to get this off my mind ,its so bad to the point where i get sick sometimes and its been occurring for over a week now .i try to remind myself that this is temporary but im losing sleep over it and i sit feeling nauseous for the whole day
Thanks Ben for the amazing conversation with Brian. I personally want to see more of these talks, so full of knowledge and little tricks that we can implement in our daily basis but also very encouraging. Thank you
If the freeze response is normal, why have I not seen it in other people? I have had 57 years to witness it. I am the only person I know of that experiences this.
Hi David- Freeze response can often be masked more easily than fight or flight because it is more of an "internal" looking response to stress. Many people also have something called "functional freeze" where they can get things done throughout the day, but then struggle to do small things at home like the dishes or laundry. It is very common and it looks different on everyone. You are surely not alone!
Hello. Yes, absolutely. If you head to our website we have a list of conditions we can help with, please do reach out to our support email with any specific questions.
Comparison is the thief of joy. I've noticed that when I start thinking about why Im not where I should be in life. Is when I start comparing myself to others. When I watch a movie or go out into nature, look at the trees flowing in the wind or smell fresh cut grass. I feel so much better.
We can extend the number of F words from "fight, flight and freeze" to "fawn", meaning to act submissively to others, and "float", meaning to drift along taking no responsibility for your situation. An alternative approach could be to "go figure", meaning to work with your therapist and think through your responses until you have an approach that feels right to you.
Yes. It is a form of dysautonomia, which means it is a condition characterized by autonomic nervous system (ANS) dysregulation. You can read more about POTS on our condition page on our website here www.re-origin.com/conditions
Good morning! I luckily found this video this morning. I use to get this anxiety a lot more in the past. I thought I was going insane and thought it would lead to panic attack. I’m glad I have a better understanding of why this happens. And reading everyone’s comments is a blessing to. Hope we all can figure out a different regime in the morning. 🌞🐓🥱🙆🏻😊♥️
I've been struggling with severe, crippling anxiety for years, due to having hypochondria and really, nothing really helped. I refuse to take medicine, since I did in my teen years when I struggled with panic attacks and they did not solve the issue at all, only ruined my teeth. Tried these techniques and they seem to work, so thank you very very much for this video!
