Love the parachute analogy ! I can totally see myself like falling /spiraling down fast in like panic mode out of the sky, and then just effortlessly pulling the handle and the parachute 🪂 popping open and feeling ahhhhhhh, everything has slowed down and I am perfectly safe and just floating calmly , enjoying the beautiful view✌🏽

I appreciate the video. But I think it's important to show how to breathe. Most ppl have no idea how to breathe deeply. So the 4-6 count is good but without teaching us how to do it and demonstrating it, it's not really useful.

@@cooki47 Absolutely not true. There is a correct way to breathe and incorrect way. I know how, but it took me time to learn properly. Counting while breathing wrong is counter intuitive.
