The Murphey. Not strapped in, didn't wait for the engine to warm up, didn't do a run up, and I didn't see any system checks either. These represent holes in a block of swiss cheese. I hope the holes don't line up. Small airfield operations where the culture of safety is allowed to degrade are over represented in light aircraft accidents. Nice lookin' plane though! Hows it handle?
