If you have a small workshop like me and hate the sound of the air compressor kicking in all the time, then why not enclose it like I did! I have enclosed my air compressor and insulated it so it reduces the decibels and I don't need to even wear ear muffs when it is on and I am working near by. This is a simple solution which you can build in a day and I will share my methods of materials and construction used to reduce a noisy compressor! In this video I will demonstrate the reduction in decibels using a decibel reader which you will see proven positive results.
