There’s a small hidden opening cover on the inside of the center console lid. You may notice the lid to the console is thicker than it needs to be. There’s a small sliding door large enough for folder paper, money, or cards. The sliding cover is only exposed to access when the cover is up and fully extended.
I have an Autobahn, and all those switches are also blank. The sunroof controls are on the ceiling. Great video though, I never knew about the air conditioning in the glove box!
I have a 2021 Autobahn. The switches around the shifter on the right are all for park assist and monitors. The switches on the left are for cycling driving modes, disabling auto stop/start, and traction control on/off.
Shoutout to the military guys out there 😂 I never knew that slot right there was for ID cards, I would always have to fish through my wallet in order to get it
Just purchased a mk7.5 and it did NOT come with the perf. monitor gauges. Super drag. Apparently it's coming "soon" in an update. As Cheech and Chong once said, "that's false advertising, Man"
weird i have a 2020 gti se and i have them, didnt know it till a few days ago and got there by clicking on the "car" button until it popped up, think theres away to get to it from settings as well
The Volkswagen dual clutch is very slow for dsg and VERY unreliable lol. They are not on par with other European dual clutch transmissions such as bmws 7spd
8 milliseconds is slow? It's literally about twice as long as it takes to blink your eyes. The general consensus online is that hey tend to VERY reliable as long as proper maintenance is done. VW has been using the DSG for 14+ years now if they were really that bad as far as reliability you'd have seen VW scrap them is favor of another option.
