I quit on October 1st, 1996. Went all the way to August of 2020 without so much as a puff. I allowed an extremely stressful situation make me relapse. Now I’m on my day 4. I just got to a place where I knew it was time to quit again. Staying quit truly is possible if you want it. Let’s all be encouragement for those of us who know the struggle.
You're doing well. You got through the first 72hrs. Keep watching Joel's videos. He is amazing. I am at 9 months smoke free. His videos helped when times were tough. If you are cold turkey, join the whyquit facebook quit group "Turkeyville". Lots of great support there too. Never take another puff.
Joel is great, dude. I commented on one of his videos and he gave me a bunch of stuff to look at that fit my situation. I'll definitely check out that Facebook group.
Im 94 days without one.. and to be fair, I don't think it's smart to believe it becomes super easy. It's never going to be easy. It's a everyday fight. If you go into it knowing there's no days off, you'd be better off
