Now you know she *WENT OFF* on whoever interrupted her because as soon as she cussed the producers hung up the line and she didn’t get to finish her conversation with the host. Lol

Leah is a pro. Very tactful and pleasant. She just seems like a really nice woman. Who can probably make even the most irritable person's day a little nicer. Classy. That's great customer service, Leah.
What a hoot!!! I remember when a woman caller started talking about her Wiccan religion on QVC many years ago. You never heard a host end a call so quickly...but in a kind, professional way. It takes talent to be able to do that.

@@moonbinnie98 I just work for a small company in Utah. It's an alright job, I do get paid good. Almost any job is better than retail lol. Definitely try for a receptionist job, or my favorite job was working for a non-profit university, they are awesome to work for and with

So funny! That’s why they have a 5 second delay now. There was one call and Rick was the host. The woman was acting normal at he beginning saying this was her 3rd purchase of the item which got Rick all excited saying things like, “ you must love it then” and other things, playing up the item, ( I forget what the item was), that’s when the woman said, something really bad about the item and she went on and on...the look on Ricks face was priceless, but he handled it like a pro.
I was having a nice cold black& tan beer. I laughed SOOO hard I spit it out all over my computer. I thought I distroyed my computer but thankfully I did not. & may I say Lea U handled this call very well :)
