Easy potato fritters recipe, perfect as a main dish, side dish, breakfast or simply a snack. Rösti are a traditional Swiss recipe, very common either in the italian region called Alto Adige-Südtirol.
For these pancakes the potatoes are raw and not cooked in advance, so they are quick to make. This traditional recipe is without eggs or flour, you will enjoy the potato crispness with their soft heart!
Although basic Rösti consists of nothing but potato and onion mostly, a number of additional ingredients are sometimes added, as Speck, a typical italian pork meat (this is usually considered to be a regional Alto Adige-Südtirol touch).
