Oversleeping basically saved my life. A few years ago when I was in college I overslept for my mid-morning class. Instead of rushing through DC commuter traffic I decided to skip my class and take my time getting to campus. Cause of this I was very early for my next class. So I decided to sit outside of the hall and work on homework. Before I knew it a professor was yanking me into the room asking me what I was doing out there. I was very confused until I realized everyone was hiding under desk. There was an active shooter on campus. I would have been in the building that they were targeting.

I can totally answer this one! My brother passed away at 24. The first Christmas was tough. I needed a special gift. My mom had started to collect angels by this point and we went grocery shopping. Our local grocery store is unique as it has a little gift section which I slipped off to check out. I looked around and almost gasped when I saw it. A little white Angel boy sitting on a trash can with short hair, running shoes, t-shirt and pants. You don’t see that often. It was perfect. I’d never really seen a boy Angel before and we had been looking so I asked the girls to slip it in with our groceries after I paid for it. It was perfect. I made sure to keep my eyes on it and slipped it out and hid it before my parents could see. My mom, at the time, had been diagnosed with cancer so she had to go out of town for checkups and radiation. On one of these visits her friend had given her some money to go and buy herself an Angel while she was there. When she got home she was super disappointed. She told me that her and dad looked everywhere for an Angel she wanted but she just couldn’t find a boy Angel... She said she’d asked my dad, “why are there never any boy angels?” And my dad, the goof that he is, said, “because they don’t look good in dresses.” My mom scowled at him and said, “then you put them in running shoes and a t-shirt!” It was November. Almost my mom’s birthday at this point and I decided, maybe this Angel was meant to be for her birthday instead. So I told her, “one second... I’ll be right back...” I came back with the wrapped gift with the Angel in it. She opened it and burst into tears. An Angel boy in a t-shirt and running shoes. He looks a lot like my brother honestly. I still have that Angel sitting on my shelf. My mom passed away from Cancer a few years ago.

My Dad passed 9th December 1982, On 9th December 2004 (I think) I had recently started working part time at Asda(Scotland) after my shift ended at lunchtime I was watching a chat show and Donny Osmond was on. The next day I was working and thought to myself I wonder if my (late) sister was watching Donny (Her childhood favourite) Honestly a split second later the reductions lady shouted who wants cheap Jaffa cakes(My sister’s favourite). Then when I was in Vegas celebrating my silver wedding (2011) my husband and I cut through a book store to buy my birthday present (IPad) and there was a big display of my late Dads favourite author(Louis Lamour) He wrote western stories. I hadn’t seen a book of his since not long after my dad passed in 1982(This was 2011). Then in April 2012 I was going to pick up my stepson to watch our youngest Granddaughter being born. I thought I wonder if my sister knows what’s happening and in the next second Donny Osmond came on the radio. I swear this is all true. I also think these coincidences are little “Hello from Heaven” I Also didn’t realise my Dad passed on Donny’s birthday just a few years ago. I tell people who lose someone if something like this happens and helps you through losing someone and doesn’t hurt you or others then why not.🤷‍♀️🙏🏻

Here ya go: I told newly divorced mom to try online dating since she doesn't drink. She met a man who was garbage and tossed him out with the trash Then she made her profile more focused to her interests She agreed to meet a star trek fan for a movie at her house. (she lived in an apartment with paperthin walls and nosy neighbors.) They hit it off (She's a big anime and disney fan. He likes star trek and ham radio. He watches anime with her and she's getting her ham radio license.) They got married in 2003. In 2007 she saved him from hospital negligence when he had pneumonia. TEN YEARS after they got married he was experiencing kidney failure. My mother said "I'll donate a kidney." She was a match. He is alive today because she took my advice to post a profile on a dating site.

My butterfly effect: My car connects to bluetooth automatically. Everyday when I would leave for work, it would connect and I never thought of it -- never checked it or anything. As I was heading out of my neighborhood, I actually checked this time. It wasn't connected. So when I got to the stop sign, I checked my purse to make sure I actually had it. It was right at the top of my purse but for whatever reason my bluetooth had been turned off. I turned it back on. Now, to get out of my neighborhood, you have the street that the houses are on, a stop sign that you turn onto a tiny little section of street with a signal to get to the actual avenue. And the corners are hard to see around -- you need to carefully and slowly creep out to actually see far enough if it it safe to turn. So, I took an extra maybe 8 seconds to check my purse and turn on my bluetooth at that stop sign. And as I turned away from the stop sign onto the short stretch of street, my light was green. "Lucky!" I thought as I was still in the turn. And then ZOOOOM. A car on the main road had ran its red light going FAST. Way faster than the speed limit. I wasn't anywhere near it but I slammed the brakes. If my bluetooth hadn't been randomly turned off, if I hadn't stopped for a few extra seconds at that stop sign, I would have been turning and the driver would have rammed right into my driver side at something like 60+ mph and killed me. I always took that turn carefully, but I took it that much more after that.
@Harmthuria
@Harmthuria Год назад
That happened to me once. I probably wouldn’t have died, but the other driver ran her light. I was arguing with my mother, I was driving, and she told me to go, to stop arguing, so instead of going, I said; it takes two to argue. That’s one of my father’s jokes. It saved his truck that day, lol.

I was studying Japanese in college. A cultural association I was part of did a sort of small festival at the end of my 1st year, where I held a booth drawing cute caricatures of people. Round comes one of our teachers, who asked if I'd draw him, so I did, and he liked it so much he used it as his FB profile pic for a few months. Cut to 2nd year : I applied for a year-long exchange in Japan, but flunked my fall exams and was rejected. I went to see a conference by that same teacher, we ended up chatting, I told him I was rejected for the exchange and because he liked me and knew me as a good student from 1st year, he actually went to talk to the teacher in charge of the exchange program and found me a slot to go anyway ! My art skills allowed me to live in Japan for a year xD

I was bored and decided to browse twitch for a random stream to watch. I *never* randomly browse twitch, I follow like 2 people and that's it (well I follow like 6 or 7 but only actively tune in to 2 of them) This one random streamer who (learned in retrospect) normally streams a lot of shooters and some BR and a bit of Xcom, all games i don't care about, HAPPENED to be doing a pokemon game. But pokekon streams are a dime a dozen, he happened to be playing gem 5 (my fav gen) and -what really got my attention- *He happened to be mono-running my FAVOURITE TYPE!* I met a guy in the chat and he is now one of my best friends, we even collabed on a video together this summer.

Keep in mind that things were different in the 1970s. When I was around two my sister, 15 years my senior, asked if I wanted to sit on her lap to look out the window. I agreed because I loved watching the river as we drove by. Seconds after she got the seat belt buckled over us a deer ran into the road, forcing my dad to apply the breaks. The load in the truck was secured to prevent it from falling from the back but was not capable of preventing one lone plank from smashing through the rear window exactly where my head had been. Some of my students probably wish my sister had not been so attentive but I think most of them are happy with the outcome. :)

When I was finished with 6th grade, my parents approched me with a choice: Do I want to finish 7th and 8th grade in private school or do I wanna transfer to the local middle school? I chose to transfer. As a result, I: - met my two best friends of over 10 years - with the help of my newfound friends, came to realize and accept I was being abused - was able to run away from home after turning 18 because I had the friends and resources to find places to live - met my new current best friend, who has been in my life for 2 and a half years and drastically improved my mental health - made *more* connections, which landed me my own studio apartment despite having low income and no credit And this list will keep growing for the rest of my life! Who knows how much longer I would have been in denial of my abuse if I hadn't gone to private school and made friends who actually cared about me instead of keeping me around just because they were bored or wanted someone to pick on? Who knows how many friendships I would've missed out on, how many connections lost?

My existence: My mom is a nurse and used to live in the Philippines. She was at the consulate about to apply to the Middle East until she accidentally met one of the people in charge of the U.S. and they convinced her to apply there instead. When she got accepted she worked for a few years as a traveling nurse until she met my dad, both of them worked on the same floor and the same unit. It took a while until they started talking and a mutual friend set them up on a date to a movie [friend "got sick" and couldn't go]. One year of dating later and they got married. Then nine months from the honey moon I was born. So if my mom didn't come to the U.S. I would not exist.

Your video made me think of something that my father did when I was 4 or 5, so that would have put it back in 1978 or 1979. My mom had taken my baby sister out one weekend leaving me home with my father. He was trying his hardest to watch a football game, and since it was raining and I couldn't go play outside I was driving him nuts. Being a little girl, I didn't really like football. My dad finally gave up watching his game in the living room and set the TV to PBS, because he figured that PBS was child friendly, and decided to watch his game on the smaller black and white TV in the kitchen. It ended up being a Doctor Who marathon. I was fascinated! My father, who also loved all kinds of sci-fi, ended up abandoning his game and was sitting on the floor watching it with me. After that we watched Doctor Who every time it came on and it started my geekdom, and we were both life long Whovians. Fast forward until about 10 years ago, I had set my cell's ring tone to the Doctor Who theme. I had just started a new job a day or two before. I was at work and heard the Doctor Who theme so I checked my phone. It wasn't my phone. I looked up and saw a man answer HIS phone. I waited a minute until he got off the phone and pointed at him and said "We can be friends." He looked at me like I was some kind of crazy person. I mean some random woman just informed him that we could be friends, I guess I was a crazy person. We have been married for 5 years now, and we watch Doctor Who every time it's on.

This was a couple of years ago, but it spooked me when I heard about it. I'm in university away from home, so I try to call home as much as I can. One day, I decided to call my dad just to see how he was. He said he was at home depot picking up some stuff for a job he had that day. At that time, I knew what area my dad was working in, so I knew what Home Depot he went to frequently. We continued the conversation, until he had to hang up to answer another call. After that, he never called back. Later that day, I heard in the news that a guy in that same Home Depot was armed and had shot 2 cops. There were possibly more people injured, so I quickly called my dad. He picked up and I asked if he heard about the shooting. He said yes, and that if it wasn't for his boss calling him to get back to the worksite asap, my dad would've seen the shooting first hand literally 5 MINUTES after he left. He recalls the cashiers making comments to each other about a suspicious guy in the store. He paid and left. He didn't hear gun shots while there. My dad left the store literally MINUTES before the shooting.

Just as he finished, he heard explosions. They'd been bombed. Making that tea ended up saving him. From what I was told, all his friends that had been pestering him to make it didn't survive. That's happened to me a couple times. I was 18, it was 3am in winter, and I'd driven 3 hours to my dads with my infant in the car. I was so tired and just wanted to get there, so was flying on these curvy WV roads. I got behind an extremely slow car and couldn't pass it no matter how hard I tried. We went around a huge curve doing about 20mph, ice covered the road, and both our cars slid across it and almost into the ditch. If I hadn't gotten behind them, I know I would've had a horrible accident and probably wouldn't be here. Another time I was speeding so I wouldn't be late where I was volunteering. I got behind a slow car, so decided to stop for a snack instead of getting aggravated. When I got about 2 miles from my destination, there had just been an accident involving 4 cars. The cops weren't even there yet, but that slow car was third in the line of traffic. They had to cut a guy out of the backseat of a car, that's how bad it was. Someone definitely used to look out for me.

In a documentary on 9/11, there was a whole section about how so many people who should have been in the Towers weren't because of coincidences, bad feeling, warning dreams, illnesses. etc. The death toll would have been much worse if people hadn't listened to that gut feeling or had gone out of their home a little sooner or later.

Then my grandad decided to get off the plane. After 5 min he got off the plane my grandads best friend gets shot down by the Vietnamese. So if my grandad stayed on just a little longer my dads side of the family wouldn’t exist ( his sister and brother) and me and my brothers wouldn’t either.

I'll be honest I have a small story about that butterfly effect. 2 years ago my friend and I were decided either go to the flea market or the mall that is quarter mile. We choose to go to the flea market. I heard a boom but I thought it was a transformer (which is normal in the state of Florida) so didn't thought about it. Went to the flea market my phone blew up with calls (forgot to out it on sound). My mom called she said are you at the mall. I said no I'm going there later but she said the part of the mall blew up at the LA fitness. If it wasn't for my friend choice we would have been seriously injured or killed.

I honestly have some survivors guilt too. 4 years ago, my friends decided to bring me and my now husband to this awesome club in Orlando called Southern Nights. There was a drag show, and GgGo dancers, it was a blast. And when we left at around 2:30am, there was a cacophony of sirens screaming up the road. We had no clue what was going on, but figured we’d hear about it in the morning. The next day, the Pulse Night Club Shooting was National news. I am still haunted by thoughts of “what if we went to Pulse that night instead” or “what if he picked a different gay bar”. Southern Nights is less than 10 minutes away from Pulse. I didn’t personally know any of the victims. But those same friends did. It’s the strangest feeling. A mixture of guilt, fear, relief, anger, and sadness. I don’t know if it will ever truly go away 😞

I went to the college of my choice for 2 years. As soon as I left high school I started falling asleep in class- and everywhere else. I went from being a straight A HS student, to almost flunking out of college. The third year of college I had money issues and had to come home to a local college. I was NOT happy- I didn't know what was wrong with me and I just accepted I was lazy because that's what my parents and everyone else said. During that terrible year of failing classes AND living with my parents AND sleeping ALL the time- I met a quirky dude who loved fiction writing like I did and we became friends. Two SUPER important things happened that year. first, the guy introduced me to his friend who I eventually ended up marrying. Secondly, near the end of that third year I started having horrible depression and manic outbursts in public, sleeping all the time even more and ....FINALLY saw a sleep doctor- I got diagnosed with Narcolepsy and got medication! CHANGED my life! I felt human again. THEN I was able to go back to my first college and made much better grades! Turns out, that one terrible year made my life SO much better! If my mother hadn't seen first hand how terrible I was sleeping and acting, I don't think I'd ever know what was really wrong with me-

I got matched with someone who sent an awesome prompt, and I replied. We both stayed up way too late and agreed to continue the RP by email. I had a similar experience to the car crash story. During my senior year of high school, my family was coming home from a trip to Idaho to visit my mom's side of the family. We left the hotel early (about 6:00 or something) and were in Nevada when we heard a thud. We thought it was my sister in the back and that she fell on the suburban floor. When we looked back, a large truck had gone over the barrier and was smoking. It had also hit another truck. The kicker--we were seven cars (yes, cars!) in front of the accident. Later, I heard that a couple of my classmates had been delayed by the crash. I hadn't liked the early leaving, but if we had left any time later, like 15 seconds, we would have been in the crash. Thankfully, there were no fatalities, but dang!

I walked into the UI Circle campus building and saw a poster in a display case in the hall: "Go to Austria on our student exchange program!" I thought, why the f*** not? I gave notice, sold my townhouse, got rid of most of my stuff, and the next Fall got on a plane to Austria. After the school year in Austria, I got a job in Switzerland. I found out that unlike other barista jobs, you didn’t get free coffee so I asked if there were any other departments hiring. There was a part time spot in floral, which I’d always wanted to do. (A lot of independent floral shops won’t hire without experience, or a certificate in floral design so I was out of luck) The department manager had been a florist for 20 years, trained me, and five years later, I got my own department, and years later, got bumped up to a much bigger store where I’m thriving. It’s been 13 years and I still love my job. (And also, most of the in-store Starbucks started to close down last year. So I’d have been screwed.)

I flashed my lights, then rolled down to gesture. At first they thought I was being weird or something, until they realized I was just alerting them to the headlight sitch before they got on the main road. It slowed me down on my drive home by about 20-30 seconds. I pulled out on the main road, started to drive home, and narrowly was able to suddenly stop (very icy road, mind you, so I needed more space to pump the break and skid a bit) and just avoided being t-boned by someone who ignored a stop sign. If I hadn't stopped to look out for that random person, I would have been in an accident that night.

My grandmother was born in England. Doctors thought she was stillborn so they used a tool to get her out of her mother to save her mother that punctured her lung. She survived thankfully but her organs ended up in the wrong places and she lived her whole life on one lung. She was very sickly due to having only one lung to the point where doctors told her mom that she would be in a wheelchair by 20 and dead by 30. She wasn’t having any of that. When she grew up she was a secretary for the war effort in England. One of 100 and due to her lungs she got winded often. She usually took the subway to work and had to climb up stairs at her usual stop to get to work. One day she decided she just wasn’t up for walking the stairs so she got off one stop earlier where there was an escalator. She found out some time later that her usual stop was bombed shortly after the train dropped off the passengers. She likely would have died had she gotten off there. Had she had both lungs she certainly would have. They thought she was dead in the womb... She wasn’t. She should have died in that bombing in World War Two... She didn’t. They thought she’d be dead by 30... She died at 83, still walking with a cane. We sent her to heaven with the cane to chase the doctor with. I probably shouldn’t exist... >,> But I will say, my gran is my hero...

my mom is an AKC judge (dog shows) and took a job that she did ever year judging at a particular location. That year, the venue was changed without them informing her, so she showed up at the same place she always did, but there was a SciFi convention/gaming convention going on (with LARPing, famous authors, etc.) there. my FAVORITE author of all time was there, so while she made her way to the actual venue, she made note of it and when she got home, we planned to attend the next year, while she would give up her judging gig that year. Next year, we go to the convention as employees (basically, paid by free room and board and not needing to pay for a ticket to get in.) They put me on security duty at various locations. i was, at the time, a small, young woman so they gave me jobs guarding things that didn't need much more than a pair of eyes to make sure stuff didn't walk off. Later at night, they lowered the lights, partitioned off the area i was guarding, and the rest of the huge convention room was turned into a dance area, for all the nerds in costume to dance. The entire day, i'd been hit on by geeks and nerds of all flavors, most wanting to tell me about their alien abductions. i was DONE with it all. So i'm sitting there in the dim lighting and YET ANOTHER nerd walks up. He has the nerve to tell me that it takes more muscles to frown than it does to smile. So i told him basically that i have resting bitch face (wasn't a term at the time, but that's what it boiled down to.) He started to walk away, and i had to give him the smart-assed comment that it's sometimes worth the extra effort to frown. He about-faced back to me. TWO HOURS later we were engaged. We've now been married for 29 years and have 4 beautiful children. Still waiting on the grandkids, though. All because my mom decided to take me to that SciFi convention. BTW, the author didn't return that year.

My butterfly effect story: This happened at the very start of online classes 2 years ago, My aunt couldn't tutor her bratty children and asked if I could tutor them for like $6 a day for 3 days a week. I was 13 years old.. They lived 2 hours away and my aunt was known to be toxic as fuck, but my grandad forced me to agree to it cause he said its an "opportunity" Being a 13 year old woth low self esteem and a fear for adults, I eventually agreed with a heavy heart, first week went well, then after that, her bratty children would not listen to me, and threw a toy at my face, she did not even ask them to apologize and screamed and cursed me out, a reminder that I WAS 13. And I started getting daily breakdowns, not only from my aunt, but from my cousins too. After this, almost everyday I would get cursed out, to make matters worse, the $6 a day, $18 a week that I make? My grandad took them out of my wallet once when I went home for the weekends.. He never paid it back. Another thing, I was and still is a very non-confrontational quiet kid, my aunt used this against me by talking shit about me to my mom, my grandparents, my siblings. EVERYONE. Fast forward a year later, I went back home, everyone hated me, or atleast didn't look at me the same, I can't talk to anyone in my family genuinely anymore, and everyone thinks I'm a lazy ass that's rude or snobby.. This caused me to search for ways to cope, I'm now on my phone every second of the day, except for when I'm sleeping, but I still am listening to music while trying to sleep. Why? Because if I didn't, the intrusive thoughts would start, I would relive my time at my aunt's and my situation now, and just cry. I'm falling apart, I don't know what's wrong with me now, I feel numb on days because my aunt called crying whenever she curses me out "pathetic" or "self pity", so at daytime, I'm very numb, but at night, it all flows out, it just, gushes out. I can't be affectionate even to my own mom now, I haven't hugged her ever since that year, in fact, I have not hugged anyone since that year. I don't wanna ever meet my aunt again but the problem is, in 3 days, she and her bratty children would come over for my brother's birthday and I'm been trying to mentally prepare for it, yeah, wish me luck.

I got one on my parents’ behalf: People are always amazed to hear how my parents met. A random Taco Bell in the 90s. My mom was with her friend and my dad was with his friend. My dad’s friend was flirting with my mom and her friend and wasn’t doing so well. Then my dad decided to swoop in and ‘save’ them from the flirting. To which he got a sarcastic remark from my mother (which my dad always jokingly says is one of his first times being rejected). So my dad got my mom’s number with the remark from my mom that he wasn’t going to call her. My dad was so miffed by that comment that he promised he would call. The next day my dad found out that he lost the number and couldn’t find it anywhere. He nearly gave up when he remembered his car. Lo and behold, the number was there. So he called and yada, yada, marriage five years later. So me and my siblings exist because my mom made a sarcastic comment and my dad was too stubborn to let it go and wanted to prove her wrong.

Ngl, I thought the kitten story would end with the parents kicking OP out, OP deciding to make an instagram or something similar for the kitten, then the kitten becoming famous and the parents being pissed because OP kinda got famous but at the same time it was the kitten and not really OP😂😂

I actually have a similar butterfly effect as the last guy. We (me and my family) were planning on going to the beach at the same time as the shooting was taking place. But because me and my younger sister wanted to swim at the hotel we were staying at, we decided we’d go the morning after. You could hear small bangs from the hotel we were staying at, in the middle of the night.

My own life has been plodding along on a straight line since I was born, but my dad has his own story: both my parents started out their careers in the early 1960s as math teachers. One evening, my dad was reading the paper and saw an ad that said, "Come work in the exciting new field of computers. No experience necessary. We'll train you. All you need is a technical degree." (to be fair, computers were so new at that time that it would have been impossible to have any experience). So off he went, learning how to program in FORTRAN, working for a company that did computing for other companies and government agencies that wanted to modernize. He finished his career as a consultant to the Sandia Nat'l Labs in Albuquerque, making really good money. My parents aren't rich, but they're quite comfortable, and my 81 year old dad knows way more about computers than I ever will.

I'm part of the admin team of a local rescue AND have 3 cats, both because I was hit by a car. Hit by a car. I'm fine, the bike is not. Walk to the train station that night to go to a class in the city. Fail to convince myself to not talk to a woman who looked familiar. We talked, her school was hiring. I applied and got the job. I finished my contract at my current school and moved to the new city. Got a pet-friendly apt. Got a foster cat. Returned the foster cat so I could travel for the summer. Rescue wouldn't return my calls. Found another rescue. Got a foster cat. Joined the second rescues Facebook group. Shared good advice. Was asked if I wanted to help moderate. Was asked if I wanted to take over the volunteer recruitment. Being on admin I made judgment calls a couple times of "I'm taking this cat to foster" then foster failed. I'm so glad that woman hit me as I was biking to work so many years ago.

I remember asking my mother to come along with her and my aunt to get my grandmother from the airport, she said I should stay, because my grandma would need the place for her baggage (I now understand that she just didn’t want a child on board all the way), they ended up having a fatal accident on their way there. I at least would have been extremely traumatised by that if not dead.

My uncle runs marathons. He met a newbie he made friends with at the Boston marathon and, instead of running for his usual competitive time, he ran with this friend the whole time. He would have been crossing the line when the bombs went off if he'd run for time. Making that rando friend saved, at least, massive trauma, and possibly life or limb.

The Afghanistan story: Mine might actually be the same convoy but, the Rhino Bus for the transport convoys we did in Kabul got hit with an IED... while my unit was in the air heading home after our deployment was over. I was already home. saw it on the news, immediately recognized our vehicle/route, and began frantically trying to contact everyone who wasn't home yet. We all came back alive from that deployment, but over a dozen people died that day.

Man the ones talking about getting out of accidents hits home. Not me but as a kid I was ill on two separate occasions that potentially ended up saving my Mums life. The first time one of the biggest train crashes that has happened in recent years was the normal train she got home from work, however, due to me being ill she left work early and got the train before it. The second one, my mum stayed home from work to look after me, the same day was the London bombings, the bus she got to work was one of the targets. Her work was trying to call her like crazy to make sure she was okay because they hadn't managed to pick up the message that she was staying home and she hadn't arrived at the office when they went into lockdown for safety reasons. We had no idea at all what had happened until she finally answered a call from them. Absolutely crazy.

With the story about the active shooter I had a similar experience. For a few years I lived in a town in California called Gilroy, and every year my family and I would go to the "Gilroy Garlic Festival" and enjoy garlic foods and other fun stuff. Then a couple years ago I wanted to volunteer to help at the festival, but early in the year my family and I moved back to our original home town. Later that same year when the Garlic Festival came around there was an Active Shooter at the Festival, if it werent for moving back home, I wouldve been a volunteer in the exact area the active shooter was firing in.

For me, I had a co worker (We’ll call D) that was doing a double shift on 1 hour of sleep. I stopped by my work cause I wanted a milkshake and spoke to my other co workers while getting one. I could tell D was falling apart from exhaustion and when she finally got off, I walked outside with her where she broke down. I decided to drive her home because she was clearly in no condition to drive and could have fallen asleep at the wheel and crashed. I got her home safely and she picked up her car the next day. So I potentially saved someone’s life because I was craving a milkshake
