Hiya! That "nipple" shoe caught my attention. I think I can clear that one up a bit. The lighter brown part of that shoe looks to be made from ostrich leather. I don't know why it puckers like that, but I am fairly positive those"nipples" exist because that's where the feathers grew from the skin.

When it comes to artistic design, I can see a lot of things just boil down to personal preference. If you wanna promote your favorite franchise or theme of anything to the world, then all the more power to you. But even I know when things has crossed the border into tasteless, especially when it sacrifices functionality for aesthetics or just looks gross/disturbing.

I find the deer leg handled knife to be amusingly ironic. But it's not the first time I've seen a handle or grip replaced with a deer hoof. I've seen a picture of a guy holding an AR15 with a deer hoof for the grip.

While I'm not quite sure about having the hives set up on something that hangs on the WALL, having one of those indoor hives is really good for your local bees! There's also one at the American Natural History Museum, in the insect exhibit section ofc. I think if you had it set on stable ground, like your typical box hive, and directly in front of the window, it would be much less......anxiety-causing.
