@@jamesahibbard Yeah, I use that kind toothpaste bottle. Nobody asked but, we have different styles to identify which is toothpaste and which is a soap dispenser so I don't think it's a crappy design to people who buy them since it has an unique design and easy to be spotted/stand out.

reminds me of some special ear'plugs' that were advertised all over RU-vid and Facebook a while ago to improve the clarity of the sound we hear. I thought it was some audiophile/pseudoscientific snake oil bullshit product that has no actual use besides wasting resources to make some shady company money. Took me a while to find out their actual purpose was to help autistic persons and those with sensory issues to cope with noisy environments like restaurants, train stations, conventions etc. If only they advertised it that way, preferably only to those people who'd need it, instead of blowing their budget on advertising it with misleading promises to just about everyone all over FB and YT... 🤦‍♂️

it's the entire thing of "as seen on TV" = snuggies were designed for people in wheelchairs who struggle to keep blankets on in cold weather. The sockinator (puts your socks on) was designed for people with limited mobility who can't bend.

I mean good on them but how many people would recycle it? how easy is it to recycle it? Like do they just have to get to a normal recycle bin or do they have special ones? Also why put the recycling bin behind the counter? they use automatic digital machines to dispense and check tickets in allot of places now. So they just go in there or the nearby trash can next to the machine.

@@HoloSohma I'm not sure since I didn't design the changes, but anecdotally I've noticed most people scratch their tickets on the spot and ask the clerk to dispose of the losing tickets afterward. Also that may just have been a marketing stunt and the actual intent was that the tickets are made of recycled materials. Hard to tell for certain.

yeah, i would have been one of the many to see the bottle and use it for washing my hands, thinking it was hand soap. These companies need to realize there's a "standard" for a reason.

f you look very closely, there is a very small subtext that says "Toothpaste" and the same thing in Spanish. I guess this company expects/assums everyone to have/has eagle vision, I agree with you.

Yes this, without the mockup stage how is the world supposed to be assessible to people. For example, there are bank machines that have the same screen as the car at 3:45 . Truth be told! I'm french and "golden cat" should be "chat en or", not "chat d'or". Indeed, en marks the link between cat and gold, so it informs us of the cat beeing made of gold. Fun fact, in France we have a huge mountain complex called *Les Ores" or "The Ores" which would work in that case.
